Maybe I'm just a prudish american and in our cities instead of classical art in our public spaces we just have shitty monuments to slave owners, but I think it'd take me a while to get over all the erotic statuary of naked ladies everywhere.
(Also, does this world have toilets? I assume so, because the streets aren't flooded with shit in the way a real medieval city would be.)

It's safe to assume they have toilets and sewers, as all Fantasy cities do. If they didn't, places like Minas Tirith etc. would look a lot less glorious.

Does it happen when you advance with the spacebar too, or just with the mouse?
I had this problem with a game one time and the fix turned out to be disabling the "rollback side" option. I was accidentally clicking the rollback without realizing it.
Or they could just shit on the floor and then magic it away like they canonically did in Harry Potter before the muggle world invented toilets.
