Oh no no, I read that and checked it out, thanks for pointing me towards it. I was giving further clarification in case that helps with more suggestions.
It doesn't really help to come up with other games, but in the same direction, I thought if you like those games, you might like: "Space Rescue: Code Pink" and "Project: Passion" too. Both are not finished, but it have a few chapters, and you need to find stuff and romance everyone.

What I really like too are the games like Town Of Passion, Zombie Retreat, Lust Epidemic, Treasure Of Nadia and Genesis Order, and The Artifact (Part I + II + II). They are all similar point+click adventures, but they are different than this what a legend + space rescue + paradise lust + project: passion, you need to walk around a lot. So that's why I said I'm not sure.

If others join, we probably would get a longer list of interesting games. But my experience here on this form, is that if we start to do that, some admin starts to delete messages again, happened so many times, they complain there is another section for that, one which nobody seem to read, at least I only stumble upon it by accident. So at least you got a list of games you can play until we hopefully get another great installment of what's a legend.

I'm in development, although I have been very good, in a young age too. I just see that if you get a bit older, you think more about certain details, life experience that is called.

So yeh, I think a 50 year old can come up with a better thought out story than a 20 year old.

I never doubted their kids, it was only that they story changed a bit and didn't fit, so unless they clarify themselves, we can talk all we want.

But then again that's why I love world building, I would love a story about the world they build, how they come up with it, and how long it took before they really started. Having them kids or watching their grandkids, doesn't really matter.

It's only that if you get a kid, you have to take care of it, the first few months, and if it's your own kid, you would switch with your partner, so you get enough sleep. That is unusal when it's the grandkids. Of course it could still be. But the stories here were a little bit conflicting...

But it doesn't matter... We can just continue too guess until we get a new update to play :-D
Their story didn't change a bit, they only added a few details here and there and, surprisingly (or not so much), the more details they shared, the more questions you raised. They have switched sleep schedules (Pistachio has been working the night shift for some months), and lately Chestnut has been almost full focused on the kiddo as she was a bit ahead of Pistachio on her work.

They've stated they worked on the game on their spare time for more than a year before releasing 0.1. They said they used to play fantasy games like LoL and then, when they discovered NSFW games like Summertime Saga, they started making maps and story drafts for fun and, after a while, they decided to make a proper game with them -the covid lockdown being the last push they needed to actually release the first version. When the baby arrived, they mentioned it was their second (in fact I think back in 2021, when they got COVID, they already revealed they had a kid). They never shared their age but considering he was an English teacher and she was a pro illustrator before becoming fulltime devs, it's fair to assume they are on their mid-late thirties. At least, that would fit their background, being from Spain.

The only 'odd' factor here is the hip replacement surgery but, as others said, it's not unheard of in young people, and there could be several reasons for it: from an accident to some sport injury or even a degenerative disease.

It's really frustrating that the more transparent someone wants to be, the more doubts their story seem to raise on some people's minds. Kind of feels like everything would flow better if they went radio silence (which of course would only make things worse, don't get me wrong).

This makes sense, but the 'grandchild' story was the problem, someone wrote here in this thread it was their grandchild. That's when all the stories stopped making sense...

Your story makes fully sense...

Weekly report 180
Hi everybody.
I hope you've had a great week and are ready for your weekend. Here's a summary of what we did last week:

Chestnut:
She returned to work and continued drawing cutscenes from Gomira's second quest. She also redid a few of the storyboard frames for the end of the update.

Pistachio:
I posed several new dialogues, edited them first, and spent a day debugging a few errors I had found in the second quest. I added completed artwork to the code and redid the way I had coded one of the events.

Next week's plan:
I have created a placeholder image for a new background that I think we need. It is from an area that we will likely never visit again in future updates, but a background image is necessary to create a setting (we had planned to reuse one of the existing backgrounds, but that didn't work). Chestnut will continue working on cutscenes from Gomira's second quest.
I will likely spend most of the week posing more scenes. If I feel tired of posing, I might just add a few more sound effects or start animating the sex scenes to vary things a little.

That's all.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Cheers

Man, I'm tired of reading people complaining about the delay of this last update, even when the devs have provided strong reasons for it. They even have a tracker and a weekly report, so you can see if they're working or not.
What the heck more do you want, folks?
We have HUNDREDS of examples of devs doing worse things than falling ill and having babies, like wasting your money on Genshin Impact or disappearing for years without any excuse. Venting here won't solve any problems.

It hasn't worked in STS, it hasn't worked in Milfy City, and it won't work in any other darn game. And those I've mentioned have done worse things than WaL. (Sorry for the fans of these last 2 games)
So, for fuck's sake, just wait a few more months now that we're at 84.4%, and stop sharing this nonsense with the rest of the forum.
Some people just really like bitching that they're not getting free things as fast as they want. Quite sad really.

But unlike every other job, if you don't meet deadlines you get the boot!
Out of all patreon supported game, you really complaining deadline on this game? There are a lot of other devs that exploit their supporter by doing barely any work just to meet their monthly update deadline but for this particular game, the supporters are the one asking them to do big update no matter how long it takes instead of dripfeeding small updates every month or two. So basically, their bosses never give them deadline and if these bosses feels that the devs take too long for their next update, they can just stop supporting
