Can you load the save you made in-game? The game might have trouble with write permissions to whereever the local folder is stored. If you can load the save it should definitely be in Appdata, though: The name of the folder should be renpy/Inventory02-1551646067. I haven't used windows in a long time so I forget whether it's in Local, LocalLow, or Roaming, but it should be in one of those.

I actually figured out the problem, for me this game only saves and loads from its internal file structure and not the roaming/renpy/ file structure.. i don't know why this is. This is a new PC but saves on win11 from another pc on win11 should be the same? Anyways I found that it was actually saving its stuff locally inside the folder and for some reason the first slot was glitched and would only show the initial save. i renamed the other save to different page i.e. 3-1 and it showed up properly and i was able to load it.. super weird but whatever it works now.

Yeah. That's a safe bet. It's actually linear to the amount of content they created. This one have a sum lot more of content than Lana's update, so the development is taking more time. If Lady Gomira's have even more content than Rose's one, it's safe to assume it will take a same or longer time. But, if the amount of content is lesser, than it can come out faster.
