I don't know if this fact has changed since then, but unfortunately Fujino sensei has already said once in the past that he has never watched My Hero Academia. MHA is a really nice anime to make NTR, but most likely he will only create NTR games based on animes that he has watched.
That's why it's a bit complicated to suggest something that aren't in that list Fujino created, because there's a chance we could recommend something he never watched or has any knowledge about.
That said, of all the options Fujino put on thatlist, I think my favorite is definitely NARUTO. Several girls to corrupt and many NTR possibilities that can be created there.

I see a lot of people liking comments for Fujino to do Part 3 instead of a new game. But no way that is going to happen. I hope if there are so many people wanting a Part 3, Fujino will do a Q&A begging people to let him stop doing SAO so the nightmare would end. 
Well damn. I've been hopeful and waiting for four years (When his Nero remake game first released) hoping he'd finish his Nero remake game or Sakura game and now I highly doubt it's going to win against the more popular series.

There is no romance/ship between Kirito and any of the girls besides Asuna but NTR always find a way.

I see a lot of people voted for Naruto because they wanted to see Hinata get NTRed. But Naruto has more than one NTR able character. What if Fujino throws a curve ball by cucking Sasuke with Sakura? Would anyone who voted for Naruto be happy with that?

i think Naruto is probably going to win — it’s the first anime most people fell in love with, and it has a lot of female characters, so it’s getting tons of votes. That’s what the comments suggest too.

It is positive feedback loop. Only popular series get porn parodies made for it. Once porn parodies are made for it, it becomes more popular and thus more porn parodies are made.
You know, if the hypothetical Naruto game took place in the interim between Shippuden and Boruto, we could also have a Sakura NTR B plot.
