Here are my favorites, they all have some type of horror element.
Succubus Prison Escape from a house while 3 succubi are hunting you down. And they are not the friendly type of succubus
Sol Rui -after mini- game about resisting hypnotism, you go through different levels with one having a strong horror focus. (The other stages are also very good)
The Way Home This one is more horror focused then all the others, and it doesn't have any sex, just nudity but the art is extremely good and honestly worth a play for that alone.
LonaRPG Very grim and dark atmosphere / worldsetting, but not straight horror. You play as a weak girl trying to get by in a really fucked up world. The art may look off-putting but give it a shot, it's one of the best Hentai RPG's I've played.
Revenge Game: Cumshot or Death Least "scary" game on here, but I feel like it still fits the premise. Your basically trapped in a death game with your 3 female classmates. They are forced to milk you or die, while you're trying to outlast them.
