The answer is easy: EROTIC IMPACT / DEEP MIND FUCK ... That moment of intense lust where you're like GOD DAMN THAT'S HOT.

I know you don't want to hear this, but the "all of the above" concept is the best way to achieve that high level of erotic impact IMHO. The visuals, art, story & music should all be perfect, then it will HIT very, very hard. You'll like that sex scene so much, you keep coming back to it over & over again.
