What is the most realistic adult game you've played?

I don't think, I ever played one, and if I did, it wouldn't last too long on my hard disk. Realistic scenarios would be "couple comes home from work, eats, watches TV and then fucks" or "man buys woman some drinks in a bar, then they fuck". Realism just doesn't make an exciting porn game. Most porn games play with taboos or at least unlikely scenarios.
I haven't seen such games myself, but..... there is a glimpse of hope. VR technology is slowly getting there, and well, you know... eventually we can all have a safe environment to explore the darkest corner of our sexual desires.
Dual Family. This game is as much a commentary on incest porn as it is a porn game. It takes the typical setup of both the M/S game and the F/D game and puts it into a realistic context. The way the characters behave is pretty damned plausible.
I also, tentatively, add Good Girl Gone Bad to this list. The way Ashley behaves is very plausible. I am tentative because the celebrity character involvement fantasy is a little farfetched, but it isn't completely impossible, especially since one of said celebrities is just a reality TV star, and the other is there in the story as his friend.
I think Dreaming of Dana and Intimate Relations should also get some love for their plausibility in this thread. DoD because of the psychology of the MC and his sister, mostly, but also for the way they solve their problem. Intimate Relations is probably my favorite female MC after GGGB's Ashley, and that's saying something considering my favorite game is neither and has a female MC. I really like the way Ptolemy writes his characters.
I'll give Depraved Awakening a shout out here as well. It's a nice Noir detective story. The fact that the whore and the wife of your client know one another is a bit serendipitous, but stories are often like that, and you know the whole 6 degrees of separation thing.
My Girlfriends Amnesia is another one I'll add. As rare as her condition is, the game itself presents us with plausible characters behaving in plausible ways. Its one of few RPGM titles you'll see me praise.
My Sweet Neighbors has a pretty plausible plot as well. Its a wish fulfillment game, but its not something that is impossible to happen in the real world. I like the writing and the character development, it feels natural.
Blooming Love, again a game where you have to find incest plausible, I think this game presents a realistic relationship thus far. the content is still pretty early but I like the characters and can't wait to learn more.

Thinking carefully, I'd say a Milf's Tale is the closest thing to a realistic game I ever played. No magical potions that turn ordinary women into sex crazed slaves, no mothers suddenly feeling the urge to suck their sons' dicks or anything like that. The milf just goes on dates with her co-worker, either a male or a female one and gives her daughter some advice in the choice of parters.
OK, certainly it can be argured, wether a woman in her mid-thirties, who never felt anything for other women before, suddenly falls in love with a woman. But I still think this is closer to reality than the standard orgy for the whole familiy scenarios.

It's not easy to write a game that has a full on sex scene in the first hour that isn't based around a character who is already sexually active. Most games are about a character who is just coming into their sexual feelings in general, or just starting a relationship with a brand new person.
My first release will have two adult scenes, but they'll be masturbation scenes with imagined contact. No penetration though. It simply wouldn't make sense for my story to have the characters start fucking from go.

Twins, a brother and sister. It's an evolving romance in the style of DMD, My Sweet Neighbors, or Parental Love, if you've played any of them.
In the prologue, 3 years before the story begins, the brother is molested orally by his father in his bedroom. The sister wakes up in the middle of the night and stumbled upon the scene. Needing to act, she takes their father's gun from the holster on the pants he left on the floor, and shoots their father 3 times in the back. The twins take a year from school after this, and become more inseparable than normal twins. The brother can no longer sleep in his room. He starts camping on the sisters floor before eventually she offers to share her bed. They go to counseling for the trauma and all that. Over the three years their mother returns to work after 15 years as a housewife without an education. Money is too tight, and eventually, they lose their house. The story opens up on moving day, with the twins loading the moving van, some sexual tension evident, but never yet acted on.

I usually do not advertise my own project but given the void surrounding the topic of realism...
As far as I know I got that genre all to myself
okerFace: always looked out for one being bored with super heroes and over the top scenarios never found one so I started creating it myself. Now I am not saying it's 100% realism but in terms of story, themes and dialogue it gets closer than most VN's made in Ren'py for sure......a little dark but a realistic approach on incest it is as most incest scenarios are born out of violence in some form...
I think most porn games are only believable if you assume that the protagonist is incredibly good looking and the people they meet are nyphomaniacs.
I think you should play more porn games. Sure, many have characters who love sex, but that's certainly not the majority of games I've played. Also I like to believe that the characters in the games I play don't live in our repressive culture, it helps to understand that women want sex just as much as you do, but society has conditioned then against being seen as a slut.

I think realistic is a weird term for pornographic games. I think plausible is a much better standard. In many games characters in no way act like humans, they are more like props.
I'll also add My Sister, My Roommate to the list. It's not 100% realistic (the virgin MC gets lucky pretty quickly) but the character tropes are all used well, and it reminds me of my time in college, or at least what I would have wished it was.
Now, for the two I have quoted. Nope. Nope. Nope. I feel not a shred of realism in either of them to be honest. MGA is a lesson in absurdity. The game borders on pure satire, the police are incompetent to a comedic degree, the Girlfriend flips between virgin and whore at the drop of a hat. The side women are well drawn, but in no way realistic, and about the only one I can KIND of buy is the sister. She's well done. Beyond that though, realism and MGA are on opposite teams.
Blooming love I just played, (I haven't tried the latest update yet.) but it doesn't strike me as real either. My biggest issue is that the sisters act like actual children, except when they suddenly don't. The "hey wanna be my girlfriend?" talk MIGHT work in a Yuri game set in high school, but the main character isn't someone I buy as a lesbian virgin despite running away from home in her teens and working for lesbian boss who also wants her. I could accept the naivity from the little sister, as it makes sense with her back story, but the older one? I just don't buy her as a realistic character. I can suspend my disbelief enough for the story to function on its own terms. And it is a cut above the average writing here, no fucking doubt, but realistic? Nah.
Now I'm not here to throw shade. Writing realistic situations that are also sexy can be rough, I like to think I do OK, and give characters a voice and make situations realistic. But I am sure I fall short of the mark at times too. (the hot tub sequence in the latest Babysitter is an amalgam of porn thinking with actual crazy college parties decades ago.)
Now I actually agree with all of your list (I think DF actually runs a bit more towards melodrama, and loses realism there.) but except for the two above, I think your list is a pretty good one.

I still haven't finished it, because I can't stand rpgm so I can only take it in stride, but to the point where I'm at I found it plausible. I have heard that there are a few ntr related plot points that make no sense with the narrative though, and I played faithful to the gf, avoiding the side hos.
The latest update fills in a huge blank. We learn why the older sister left. I won't spoil it for you, but it might explain why she's chosen to remain a bit more naive. I also think it works a bit, simply because it's her sister. She's not nervous as a schoolgirl normally, but in relation to actually proposing a romantic and sexual relationship with her sister she reverts back to it.
I do find it implausible that the boss has never made a move on her though, so I'll give you that.
Ohh yeah I thought the gay content was optional before seeing that scene. Now I can't ever get rid of that scene in my head. So thanks for that.
