My top right now is probably Ecchi Sensei mostly for the large selection of characters plus the story is pretty good. DMD used to be my favourite and I'd say is still my number 2 I think mostly just because it was one of the first I ever played. Third is hard to say right now because there's so many with good potential. I think I'd go with parody world as my third right now just for it's somewhat comedic style and the future potential of it.

My favorite game. Why? Satisfy my fantasy of power, that is carried in a mature way (I don't like much that anime-games when you are normal guy that looks like a teen, and from one scene to another you are all powerful and have many little lights around you). In the game you have power, although you're weak compared to other lords, but you are increasing your power step by step and I love that sense of progress. In the sexual part, I love de enslaving, bondage (does not have much of this), and male domination, and I like a lot to have the power to select if I am good or bad with every girl. This is one of the few games that have gameplay, and this gameplay is very good. I don't play this game only when I'm horny.

It might need a bit of retry buttons to generate what you need, cause, well, it's an Ai, so it can't be perfect, but i loved how this bot can give you some erotic moments, even if it screws up without good instructions.

For me, I tend to think about 'best game' in terms of attributes (in no particular order) like replayability, graphics, overall fun, quality of sexytimes, as well as how much the tags for the sexytimes interest me. The other thing is that there are some games I've just played so much of that they don't necessarily interest me as right now, and during a lull period what I'd normally consider a super great game also isn't necessarily one I'd touch again for a while.
So, don't consider this necessarily my top 3 games of all time, but rather the top 3 that I'm particularly into right now or have sufficiently rosy memories of that even though I'm not playing them right now I can still imagine myself playing the shit out of them later. This one is overall the best polished adult game I've played. There are things I don't like about it but overall I think it's one of the only adult games I've played that does almost everything well and is superb at some (like animations). Well, i love these kind of questions.
I have been playing adult games for a long time now (currently i play 25 games i like).
For me it also started with living with temptation and Eleanor from Lesson of Passion so those games still earn a mention but currently if i had to name 3 it would be:
1: Being a DIK by dr PinkCake: Everyone their own opinion but for me this is the perfect game, the humor, the ladies, the plot, the consequences and all of that done by one artist, it is absolutely stunning and unbelievable. I have lost many hours playing this game and experiencing all of the different routes available.
For me the biggest reason to play is a compelling plot and if possible good twists, and this game also greatly delivers on those 2 points.
2: The DeLuca Family from hopesgaming: wow wow wow wow wow this number 2 is super easy, barely an inconvenience for the men of culture who will understand this reference: Fantastic plot, great character building, i want to romance all the ladies so well written as they all are, the chapter "my name is Luna" is just the best written chapter to date, i even cried, which is quite unexpected and something i would never have dreamed of playing adult games lol.
3: Good Girl Gone Bad from EvaKiss: The story is a bit less interesting here but those graphics and the VERY lewd scenes are the hottest i have ever seen in games. You can really get perverted and forbidden in this game, when the female MC is being drugged by the father of her boyfriend and fucks him lost in lust it make me laugh and horny at once, so many great scenes that game.
I must say the more i think about this the harder it gets for me to choose 3 but there you have it.
But of course i cannot stay fully honest and must mention at least 10 games that also blows my mind:

6: City Of Broken Dreamers by Phillygames: i love me some SCI-FI so this bladerunner/altered carbon esque adult visual novel is very nice to play, the story is good and the art is hot.
7: Something is in the Air by Ariane Barnes: the first novel i played without me knowing what renpy was, cool story with humor, good characters and some cool plot twists.
8: Intertwined by Nix: great story, great graphics, hot characters, what is not to like?

I like to differentiate between completed games and those that are still in development, because you never know how those turn out and an early release can be better or worse than the final 'product'. I'm also going with top 5, cause I couldn't bring it down to 3

- Good Girl Gone Bad (lots of choices that actually branch to different outcomes + female prota)
- Acting Lessons (good story, solid choices)
- Dreams of Desire (the first nsfw vn i played; so it's top 3 for nostalgic reasons, i guess)
- Pandoras Box (again, female prota who isn't just a helpless sex doll)
- Goons Raid Her (the point&click gameplay wasn't that great, but loved almost all the H-scenes)

#1 Summertime Saga- Likable mc. Appealing cast of characters. A ton of content. I m a one true dick kinda of guy(spoilers) but i let Tony stay in the room during the Maria scene because I wanted Tony to feel apart of it. I love Tony. The game is incredible. So much heart.
#2 A Family Venture- a game I almost didnt play due to NTR. But even with non-con content and being short of content in general, a funny mc and likable cast of characters made me a real fan of this game. The banter between the mc and his "landlady" left me giggling. A fun story with fun events. Try it out if you havent.
#3 Imouto Paradise- this one might get me some hate mail. Shame almost stopped me from buying it. It awakened something that might have been better left alone. Number 1 - BaDIK - This game is like a witcher 3 but in adult games. Everything is perfect here, the story, the music, the visuals, and the characters.
Number 2 - Tyrant - because I really like rough sex and dark stuff.

1) Good Girl Gone Bad - Female MC w/corruption! Impressive choice and consequence and a nice array of characters. Was iffy on the artstyle at first but it really grew on me and definitely sets it apart.
