What "legal" kinks in games do you want to see more of?

I know this question gets asked regularly and I did browse some of the older threads, but they're usually full of things like rape/incest or rape + incest or sleep rape... I'm a dev who wants to make a NSFW game and publish it on Steam, and Steam does not allow rape and incest.

What are some kinks and genres you think are underrepresented you'd want to see more of, that are also legal to make?

Do inverted nipples count? If so, more inverted nipples, please.
As a fan of vanilla erect nipples I'm not sure if I understand the want of inverted nipples. Is it their visual appeal, the overabundance of erect nipples, or their softness?

FYI, you can have pretty much any game you want on Steam as long as the questionable content is in a patch distributed outside the platform (and is not anything actually illegal). Rape, besti, 12-year-old boys banging their aunt and cousins, you name it, it's already on there.

Define "legality"? In which country? If were talking about specific countries, then even premarital sex would be illegal in Indonesia. Plus, age of consent gets fucked depending on the country as well. Plus, incest is legal in many countries, even in the United States, some states likely have more lax incest laws than others. The making of the game itself is likely illegal in many countries lol.

Yes i would also ask same question what is legality. Couse different countrys have totally different laws. Like In europe there is countrys where incest is criminal crime. And there is countrys where you can marry cousin or generation removed familymember. Or there is country where you can marry sibling or parents. Also, there is difference about rape or sleep sex, there is countrys where it is crime to have sex someone who dont say yes. And there is countrys where you can have sex with people aslong as they dont say no. And lets not talk about legal age. There is countys where legal age is 13 and countrys where legal age is 21 or 19. So its realy hard to answer what is legal. Seems like some developers who make games they go totally safe side and say agree if you are 21 or older, all characters in-game are 21 or older.

The question is important since, in order to have a game that would be effectively legal all around the world, it should have no sex, and even romance should be kept under control.
This simply because there's countries where pornography is illegal, and countries where even public display of affection is illegal.

After, if we limits to countries where pornography is legal, the game still wouldn't goes really far:
Guy "Wife, do you want to have sex ?"
Girl "Yes, husband, I want to have sex."
Guy "Good, let's go home and to our bedroom then."
And once in the bedroom, they are having vagina intercourse without preliminaries, nor too much fantasy.

Cock sucking and muff diving is illegal in some countries, for the same reason that it was previously illegal in the US, as a way to criminalize homosexuality.
Anal sex is also illegal in some countries, while in some others it's owning, and therefore using, sex toys that is illegal.
Having sex outside of your own home is illegal in some countries, and I guess that there's surely one or two where the Law is worded in such way that it should be limited to the bedroom.
And of course, there's the consent that, here and there, need to be totally explicit.

At the opposite, there's countries where bestiality, incest (between consenting adults, including siblings and parents/children), p*d*shit and/or other are legals. There's even few where necrophilia isn't addressed by the Law, and that don't even have a law saying that you must respect a corpse or a defunct, that could to make it indirectly illegal.

Honestly, more fetish-related gay and lesbian content. It's feels like gay or lesbian is treated as a fetish in and of itself, and so no other is allowed, unless it's a kitchen sink fem protagonist game aimed at men. The games tend to either be sweet and pure romance uwu only in the missionary position, or literally the most depraved, nonconsensual thing you have ever seen, but you rarely get ones with, like, a normal level of horny for a straight game just with routes where a character explores their latex kink. The closest I've seen is fenoxo's games, I think? Ofc the bi furries know what's up lol :p

Games, straight or gay, focused on BDSM subcultures, like latex, leather, etc. I know when I saw that Desire Guardians had scenes involving vacbeds I was kind of stunned because I swear you never see that kind of thing in porn games. Plenty of fetishes are technically underrepresented, too. Like, to take one that kinda grosses me, you get plenty of watersports scenes in games, but rarely if ever do you get a watersports game. I'm sure if you extend that principle, you'll find plenty more examples of things that are never actually directly catered to, only thrown in once or twice.

D/s lesbian content not focusing on the submission being explicitly humiliating or degrading. Think gentle service domination sort of material. If you want an example of how difficult it is to find porn like this (not even porn games, porn videos), I'll share with you a piece of my own personal frustration. Try looking up 'lesbian foot worship' on free porn sites, and see how long it takes to find a video that features someone getting off on camera to the foot worship, in either direction. I'll wait. It is absurd. Think you can go to Japanese media for that? Haha, no. I've found one f/f manga adjacent to this (basically, gentle domination), and it was cancelled after 11 chapters. Chinese media? Haha, NO. The only place to find these things is behind modestly obscure, heavily paywalled sites, which might turn out to not even offer the things you hoped they would when you finally get inside. Not saying it doesn't exist, just that the process of even trying to find something to watch is usually a degrading experience in itself.

Trying to find this stuff sucks, because literally whatever search terms you use, you just find more porn aimed at straight audiences, because the search terms themselves are a product of straight porn. This post kinda got away from me a bit, but I'm sure you get the point. There's a lot unexplored territory for porn games when it comes to kink, I think :giggle:

I don't think this is true anymore, Steam now explicitly asks if you have content that is externally unlocked, and wants to get access to it to review it. I'm not sure if you can even have external unlocks at all (they're not clear about this part), but you can't certainly have "illegal" content that is unlocked externally anymore.

Legal as defined by the "Steam law", which is what most western countries generally agree on. That means absolutely crystal clear 18+, no rape, no incest, no bestiality, no violence glamorization, etc. Age of consent may be different between countries, but steam's policy in terms of 18+ is now "if it's questionable you get banned". TL;DR: If it's illegal anywhere in the US or EU it's likely not allowed.

Its more like Steam tells people what is average expected behavior. And on safe side it forbids anything that dont fit that average behavior. Actually there is counteys where adult is considered to be 19 or 21 on those cases steam breaks law.

And in western world there is cap how rape is defined. Some countrys have rape defination, when you are in superior position and subject dont dare to say no its rape. In other countries you can "force" someone to have sex with you and as long as he dont say "NO" its not rape. So Steam policy is kind of arbitary, but if you wish to post your game there you need to follow rules, but that dosent mean you will not get punished in some countries playing steam games.

In my opinion Adult games shoult try to tarhet be listed on Steam or Patreon, they are other ways to promote your creation.
