What tags do you search for or exclude most often? Or do you at all?

This is also not true. I tried reporting this thread to let the moderation know that there were several games which needed the pregnancy tag and it got rejected. I tried reporting a singular game and it also got rejected.

Well I have not finished that game so I don't know for sure and since dlsite doesn't use the tag It doesn't help.

Do they have sex scenes with the girl pregnant or does the game ends before that? But if anything those games seem to be the actual exception for some reason or another.

What I mean is, do you actually see her pregnant? because if the game simply ends before that then obviously there was no pregnancy shown.

You need that content in the game and not just implied.

Comment: Thought Most "Sandbox" games are just trash meaningless free roam. And Most Textbased games are just random text with Realporn pictures. So there is realy limited games that can be found.

Unless I'm looking for some specific older game, I usually look for incest or HTML or just a keyword. Occasionally I tag groping or humiliation. I almost never blacklist any tags, but if I ever do it's most likely to be gay or no sexual content.

I used to search to exclude the tags but there are games with avoidable content that you might not want. So to not miss any potentially good games I don't really exclude.

Honestly, I tend to avoid games with avoidable content. That or I just don't avoid the content. Avoidable content breaks the flow of the game sometimes for people like me who actually enjoy the stories. Some developers are smart enough to not put plot points into skippable bits, but a ton of them are not.

I exclude Ren'Py and RPGM from the engines and then it's easy sailing.
Actually might exclude every engine except Unity, Unreal Engine and Others.

Then if I want to get a little bit more specific I include the "animated" tag.
It's a game, so I want it to be animated. If I'd like to look at still images I'd rather read some doujins or find some interesting VNs on vndb (be it with erotic content or not)

I used to excluded Gay and NTR til it dawned on me that, in a lot of games, those are optional. So I was missing stuff I'd enjoy.

As for what I always include: Ren'py, RPGM and HTML engines (those are JoiPlay compatible) and the Completed tag. I don't like playing incomplete titles.
