Is Skyrim or Ark on F95, because all the adult sandboxes basically suck donkey balls! As shallow as a puddle of piss on a flat floor.

The bar is exceedingly low, but SKA is my pick for RPG. As for sandbox, most are absolutely wretched, tacking on "gameplay" to a VN to pad out the content. If any genre needs to be sandbox, it's proper life-sims. Even then, it usually ends up being tedious because of the lack of automation, making you repeat actions every ingame day.
