Recently I've been on this kick for content that focuses on alien or beast breeding with girls. I played Tentacular and loved it and I loved Voimond's Bug Hunt series. Games that just feature regular impregnation are good too, but I'd really like to see games that have beastiality and alien breeding content.

Looks like it's only anal pregnancy from parasites/slimes right now (not sure if it works for Comrade, but not my cup of tea - I like the old fashioned version). Game definitely looks interesting, though.

I never liked the pregnancy in Degrees of Lewdity. They just didn't develop it enough to a system of my liking.

The second one is about 20min long and it's a favorite of mine. It focuses on female soldiers going to contain a parasitic outbreak on a space station and it turns out they're all different kinds of xenomorphs. The story is very weird and doesn't really make sense, but hey, it's a lot of alien breeding porn.
I got into Skyrim and Fallout 4 adult modding a couple times in the past, and my final verdict is that:
1. It takes FOREVER to get the metric fuckton of mods working
2. The mods never preform the way I want them to preform.
That being said I do remember having pregnancy mods in Fallout 4, but that was a long time ago, and I simply don't have time to sit down and re-do all of the modding.
Yeah I'm actually a Patron for Operation Lovecraft. It's a fantastic game, although all it is now is just a collection of high quality 3D adult scenes. The game will be coming to steam hopefully by the end of Summer, but development has been tough and steam is being really slow. It will feature a multiplayer harem game mode where players will get to design their own sex scenes and have other players participate in them, or something like that. They won't release a new version until that system is done and they've been working on it since January or February. This feature WILL INCLUDE pregnancy from what I remember, and already the game has "pseudo-pregnancy".
Like I said the game is just a a big adult scene gallery, and some of the aliens have inflation/egg laying animations.
