Cathy with 'beach house' hair.

Cathy hair recipe:

In game Cathy uses with tweaked diffuse texture, original product in DAZshop does not include it. If you don't want to spend time for manual tweaking, you can use textures from any other hair product of the same artist, , since all of them use the same UV map. The most complete collection of them can be found, as example, here: .

You can use with which has slightly different geometry, but contains textures very similar to those used in the original game. In this case the most similar geometry is morph dial 'Jolie Curly w Side Curls'. Do not forget to remove the bow from hair. :)

In game Debbie uses . If you are not satisfied with mesh quality and materials of this rather old hair set, you can use .
To mirror the bangs of this hair, put scaleX parameter of the mesh to -100% (activate "Show hidden properties" line on Parameters tab) and do some tweaking of morphs to make Rose Hair looks a quite lusher as follows:

NB. Do not put "Fit Mode" parameter of mirrored Rose Hair to "Redirect transforms", use "Auto-follow transforms".

Better iteration to 'beach house Cathy hair' I try to do with better mesh, since original model use quite simple .

Hair recipe:
Use use with for top of hair (exclude 'Jolie Side Curls' and 'Jolie Hair Curls' because they are quite different from Ajax Hair)

After this step load (it has all hairblending options, as most of the products of ). Mirror it: put scaleX parameter of the mesh to -100% (activate "Show hidden properties" line on Parameters tab) and do some tweaking of morphs to make Shirley Hair looks a quite sparse and shorter as follows:

NB. Do not put "Fit Mode" parameter of mirrored Shirley Hair to "Redirect transforms", use "Auto-follow transforms".

And last but not least: put bones 'lSide1' and 'rSide3' of Shirley Hair to invisible position to hide these front braids on render.

In my opinion, this mesh is much better suited for artistic renders and gives much more freedom in manipulating the hair than the standard version from the game.
