    scene E21 E21K_27a with dissolve
    if E21_Nurse == 1:
        $MsusK += 10

that == 1 should be a == 0.
Attached the fixed file (for PC, not sure it matters)

You can check the Koga3 mod in the link on the OP. It already had my mod merged into there
