No money changes hands until will conditions have been met.

He won't get that money until the lawyer is happy that all conditions have been upheld and then they will release the funds.

Any breach of conditions forfeits any rights to that money and it either goes to the next person in line in the will or the state.

As far as I know, nothing they can do to MC. Donation is basically a gift. Once the money is MC's, he's free to do whatever he wants with it.

Depends what country you are in, where I live once the the will has been satisfy and all condition are met and money released. The beneficiaries can spend the money however they want. Only time this doesn't happen is when the money is put in a trust and the trust has rule set out for how the money is to be handle. Secondly regardless of the will Elaine would be considered common law wife as where I live , two people are considered common law partners if they have been continuously living together in a conjugal relationship for at least three years. If they have a child together by birth or adoption, then they only need to have been living together for one year.

Secondly regardless of the will Elaine would be considered common law wife ( as long as they lived together for at least 2 years) and be entitled to 50% of the Estate under Family law.

In England yes, but Canada no - family law act states in Canada, two people are considered common law partners if they have been continuously living together in a conjugal relationship for at least three years. If they have a child together by birth or adoption, then they only need to have been living together for one year. As far as I've understood it MC receives the money in increments over five years. After that he is free to do whatever he wants. If he breaks the will within those five years he forfeits any future payments. Someone may remember if there is a payback clause somewhere in there.

Best of both worlds would be to take the money, no contact for five years, then continue like before - if they are willing to wait.

In Swedish Family Law "Common Law Spouse" (or "Sambo"= "live together") have slightly different rights to inherit compared to "Legally married spouse" especially when there are children from previous involvements.
When a parent dies, a child can not be excluded by a will.
The inheritance is always split 50/50, where the kids share 50% and the surviving spouse gets 50%.
Debts can never be inherited but then the survivors get zilch except in case of Life insurance where the benefactors ar paid.

Personally i'm on the $150,000 and a beach house is more than enough, people are more important than money and it's a simple case of deciding who (in each play through) i'm going to end up with.

My clear No1 is Jenna with a side dish of Jolina because Jenna is clearly into that. I would also be happy with a Katie Mini Harem with Lily and Debbie. But honestly I am mainly interested into not destroying Monica's Families dynamic and ensuring her business succeeds. If i can manage either of the girls and achieve that i'll be happy.

That's what i was thinking. Does anyone think we'll be able to screw over the other two at some point if we aren't messing around with them? We'll likely learn more if we're bedding every woman in the game but without doing that i'm wondering how far we'll be able to get with both learning about what's going on and if we're able to do much about it. If Elaine is legit on MC side then that may be some help there?
