He (shockingly) does. Technically. In one of the alternate endings he gets one (1) and he's not mocked or shamed in it. In fact he's actually not trash in bed apparently. It's actually the scene in his happy ending surprisingly.
I wish we got to see Sephira's perspective on him moving on from her in that ending, I'm assuming 1.7 will have a few different endings, so I wonder how Darthz will do so, in the preview we did see her as Daisy tear up and almost regret all of it from Aldos' words before the slap on her ass snapped her out of it, Corruption of the Elven Wives also did hint Aldos may still be alive there but idk when the events of that game take place exactly in relation to the main one, maybe Aldos may die in an ending and in another he'll live, idk what the main one will have in store for him but we gotta wait and see ig
I hope that once everything is finished, you can restart from the beginning of each chapter from the gallery since there are scenes that are not there or interactions, for example in the dungeon of shadows or Kora when she sneaks into the fortress and sees Sephira with Glavius.

Eh, I highly doubt it was real regret. Even if she hadn't gotten the ass slap, it wouldn't have lasted. I think the deal is that Sephira still loves Aldos in her own twisted way but not to the point that she'll choose him over sex. She just loves being Daisy more. Daisy is who she truly is and she doesn't regret it. She still wants them around but it's a lower priority, which is why I don't think Aldos ultimately dies. Sephira is a slut but she's not downright evil imo, I do think she still cares. Just... on a lower scale. Sephira is (and likely always was, just didn't know it with Aldos until Glavius "woke her up") a very intense nymphomaniac and Aldos just isn't capable of keeping up with her when it comes to banging.
True, I agree that this side of her was always deep within her just masked by her duties as a priestess
