you dont need a walkthrough and you can easy reach chapters end by holding CTRL button.
Its interesting what the sister is supposed to do here, why she doesnt have a collar on her neck (does this mean she will not participate in ther "games") and will she remain in the cube or will be taken out?

That chapter wasn't even finished, after a finished chapter you get the option to save/continue. Well this time you didn't, so next time we get an update for the remaining part of the chapter, maybe???

I played for the first time and press the control button but it didnt work and it didnt skip the dialogues, I still think save files would do nicely

In every renpy game in settings or "preferences" there is option "Skip unseen text". When you activate it then your skipping with CTRL will work. This is for this and every other renpy game

The updates are very small, but if you have never played it there's a good amount of content already. I say you should try it now and then skip every other update.
