Don't know where it came from to check it's real, but someone on Steam posted what they said was a developer quote...

The last update for mobile before I start transferring it to Steam will be around February or March. After that, I'll begin adding all the content that's available there to Steam.

So what they definitely said before might be a few months behind. The game is kind of complete, it has had one expansion style update already and might get another.

There's still still no updated 18+ DLC, according to someone in the Steam discussion they think they saw the dev say they'd quit working on the game. Here is the uncracked latest version of the game...

for all the devs games. There's no R-18 patch for it that I know of.

I would guess that and the mobile game being the money maker of the two, along with the newer game Hero Hero Clicker is probably why they didn't make a updated PC patch. Just matched the two versions content.
