not that i want to start a debate or anything but i don't anyone would trust a porn producer with anything much less to do these checks, most of these pornstars do like 300 movies a years so they bound to catch something (there is a whole bunch of STDs other than AIDS/HIV).. other than that if you have the money you can "rent" these big name pornstars for parties and something tells me that they don't check you out, as long as you don't disfigure them you can do whatever you want..
on camera you can make a pig look pretty with enough makeup and lights.. too bad this game forgot about that... or maybe they're trying to do the real porn industry...
