There are random events at the beginning of turns that start the PC down a path to feminization. Since you can choose to go back and reroll the RNG for a different (or no) event, you can easily avoid all of the sissy content, if that's not your bag. It's not my thing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the game avoiding any PC feminization content.
