If you're a fan of GOT show and books then you will enjoy even if you're not a fan of those it's still pretty decent, not much content yet but keep in mind we are only at V0.03

The game will be better if there are more incestuous elements, true to the spirit of the original and make the story more interesting.The creator of the game can create a story with or without incest to make the story more selective. I feel unattractive because there is no incest direction.

Not yet anyway there is a small scene in the brothel but you don't see much.

There is some incest in the previous Dany update and there is more in this Arya update, the tags simply haven't been updated yet, they haven't been update for quite some time it seems.
