Back in season 2, there are quite a few questions about the Daenerys and Kinvara fisting scene, and I haven't seen an answer so here's how I found it. I don't know if every choice is necessary, but I only got the scene this way.
1. When in the bath choose to embrace your new life instead of placate Viserys.
2. Take the drug offered by Kinvara
3. When touring Vaes Dothrak, have sex with Suretha
4. Go back to Daenerys' tent and have the footjob scene with Jorah, and have him lick her feet (agree option)
5. Visit Kinvara's tent at night for the scene. I think it's a chance based encounter so you may have to try on a few nights before you get the scene.
