I only installed the uncensored patch and I still got the incest scenes.

if i use unren and look at the gui.rpy
it says
define -2 gui.text_size = 33
if i change it to 40
nothing happen

i normal can change the text size in a renpy game
but i never seen -2

as it are now it's unplayable for me

All Quests exept Ned's small favour are locked with "Advance the other quests", all i have in this update is small talk of Ned with Cersei and Sansa vs Cersei. Is it all, or there is smth i can do to advance the story?

I don't think so. You only need one of them. If you download both, you will get an error due to file conflict
