I notice that some characters will have only 1 episode and others will have 2 or 3. I'm assuming as some of the characters have crossed paths, they will also appear in other episodes that aren't focused on them?

iirc there's dragon on daenerys, some dog stuff too not sure tho and this stuff is there in the game you just need a patc to enable it .... also you'll have to start again after patching - an unpatched save will not let you see hidden stuff - you'll have to start a new game after adding the patch - atleast that's how it was back when I played s2 ep 6/7
we need arya and pycelle making out - or pycelle and sansa making out- just anyone kissing that old creep

Season 1 and Season 2 are different games. Season 2 just takes place after Season 1. However, there is no cross-game dependency.
