The variables are so far apart from the end.
I've got Daenerys Good, Margaery, Sansa and Sansa/Margaery.
All of my Bad Daenerys runs end with Sansa or Margaery and I don't have the first clue about Cersei.
They are far apart, yes. I foud that in order to prep for this episode, I had to blast through the game several times, saving at key stages so that I could unlock each outcome/ending. You can use the tab key to skip through scenes you've already played, to get through it faster. Just note each save and the path that led to that save - it's the only way I can think of to do this

Am i missing something i downloaded the game but it doesn't show anything new the last time i played was episode nine so im not sure if the new preview has been leaked or not

Do you play with your own character in this game or you're just see the story progression as an observer?

Season 1: You play as Ned Stark, Sansa, Daenerys and Arya.
Season 2: You play as Sansa, Jon Snow, Daenerys, Ayra, Cersei, Margaery.
Season 3: You play as Sansa, Jon Snow, Daenerys, Arya, Cersei, Margaery that's it.
