In the United States, it's fine. I mean, if you've been around a while, you've no doubt seen some porn parodies of mainstream franchise's like Star Wars, Toy Story, Disney fairy tales, or Batman, where they do their best to match the looks and clothing. Names are the same, as well. There's a reason that even Disney, who are notoriously litigious, don't both going after all the Frozen porn out there. You don't need to know the law to know this stuff happens every day and no one gets sued.
That said, if I was the one making the stuff, I'd do my best to distance likeness a bit from the original. Because, you never know when they're going to attack you for something else just because they found an opening. I wouldn't antagonize a company like Time Warner (owns HBO), even if I was sure I was a safe distance away.

HAHAHA, i love how many ppl don't seem to know where the art comes from, and have so many comments, and shit to say. I have seen every pic in the BBfanart page, and saw some of these pics on the deviant page before it was a game. To
For those that don't know, this is one of our most talented "local" cg artists, IMO. Not sure who else is involved with this project, but this is F95zone members made. Thanks so much for this it looks awesome, the story works with the GoT stuff. It almost feels like the edited out parts of the show, or at least fits well with it.
Anyways, comments and such. I don't know why ppl use unity for VNs i think renpy is a better fit for VNs. For example, I accidentally clicked too many times and ended up missing some story, cuz there is no roll back feature. So i'd have to actually redo most of it to find the couple of pages I missed.
Curious if this is going to stay as a linear story or if it will have options to choose that have big affects on the story?
So the big question is who is going to pull out all the CG, who is going to make a mod for this, and who is gonna start a fanart section for this???? lol

When you right click on image you have options menu with save slots so that is why we do not use History button
For start with Drakaris story it will be more linear story with some choices that leads you to some other paths or hidden side stories.
But when we will start to create Ed Star and Circe story you will have more non linear choices that will have affect on future stories. Stories that our patrons can ask us to create.

Well, if game dev is present here I'd like to ask, since it's VN, how much freedom about in-game choices and decisions players will have? Is this going to be - just follow my storyline and quit if you don't like it or it will be user friendly?

There's only a few choices in the demo.
Without giving out any spoilers, the plans for the main story (which is disconnected from the demo), will be more choice-based than linear-based.

can someone make a GoT game where you can play Joffrey, torture people, fuck cercei / marcella and just enjoy life like caligula
Games takes 10 minutes to play through and there are 2 questions both with 2 possible routes although they all converge to same place at the moment. It takes a couple of minutes to see nay content you've missed.
Margaery looks really great but IMO Cerci looks like shes wearing wig and has a hint of manliness to her, looks like a bloke in drag.

There definitely won't be any legal issues with this, I wouldn't even worry about it. Would be cool if you secluded the story to different characters like in four seasons trainer (the avatar game). So you play as Jon up North and then as Cersei or maybe Jamie down South, some crossovers etc. you get what I mean.
