Even in that title of that game you posted (i never played it) the cuckold is asking the bull to "please bang MY wife." Oh it had plenty of degrading dialogue, but it was also the way it played out, it was clear that the wife had zero love for the MC, the wife stayed with him to supposedly "play" into his NTR fetish to make him happy but it is clear that she is humoring him for her own benefit. He tells him to abandon this fetish and cut his losses. To finally divorce his wife and move on to live a happier life(the MC never responds).
When the story starts, before she even met the bull, she isn't willing to have sex with him but once a month if he was lucky. Then when she met the bull she realized that she never actually loved her husband, so originally she wanted to divorce her husband and leave with the new man, but when the MC claims he has an NTR fetish, they decide to tolerate him and live in his house(kicking him out of the master bedroom) and use his money for their own fun.
