So why do they why not some moderation at least or give at least the younger/small man a smaller one... Most men really dont have big dicks..
A quick Google search says 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid. An average penis sizeof 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect.
And yes i dont have the lucky genes what most men try to picture to have.
So maybe some game makers or moders can tell me why they choose those horse dicks?

Yea fair point i just wanted the proportions right some girls are tiny and have big boobs also i have seen 14 year olds with cup D so its not that weird. I tend to agree with the OP. While I personally am at the upper end of the 'average' range, I am still quite squarely 'average'. And the MCs in just about every h-game I've ever played really go overboard depicting penis size. But it's no different than the proportions of the female characters, most of whom have EE titties and giant butts. (Which is also a trend I don't particularly care for.)

I don't think that's the reason, penises in games where extremely big even before patreon existed.

Many dev's I know have a wife and children and still use abnormaly large penises in their games.

What I find is that "the medium" is still a visual art. We are "looking" at something. The few Developers that have tried to bring back some normalcy to cock size often have renders where it is almost difficult to see the "action" because of the size. You almost have to be right in there with em to see anything.

There almost has to be a "happy medium"... (ha! literally) so that we can see what is going on yet be quasi realistic. So if normal human average is 5.1" and 12+" is in fantasy unbelievable land.... how bout 7-8" for the new normal?

That's a bit unfair. Not every game has oversized dicks. Yes most of these Daz assets are oversized, but not to the extend that is present in some games, also it is possible to scale them down.
