Maybe the standards between Western and Eastern porn is different. But if you look at like porn from Japan, most of the male actors is quite average, and some even look like they been beaten down from the ugly tree with a broomstick. Me personally, it shows the act better the larger the dick is (at least the acts I'm interested in). Best example I can give is Last Hope and Abandoned: A Tale of Forgotten Lives. In Last Hope, the male character has a huge dick and when he's getting one of the multiple handjobs he receives in game it looks so much more erotic watching the females hand slide slowly up and down the bigger dick. This isnt a criticism of what you said or an attack on your views..
But I feel like even 2 hands borders on absurdity, and tends to take me out of the action. My preference has always been towards realistic/average sizes, which in porn game standards is basically a micropenis.
I can understand why some people want bigger for better animation or emphasis in action, but for me personally.. Total mood killer. I'm probably in the minority on that opinion though.

No i agree with you some game have some good size dicks that i dont mind if its bigger then mine..
But when there is a horse dick i dont enjoy it one bit i just watch the story line and skip the sex stuff.

I'm not too sure about that. A lot of Japanese games have MCs that also feel like they fell out of the ugly tree. They could be obese, thinning and or have no hair, greasy, very lanky, have crooked teeth and just simply be ugly. Those are not average individuals. It's possible there is something else going on there. Seeing someone attractive being taken over by someone so ugly.
With porn, I also find the women often have cosmetic surgery done from what I've noticed. I highly doubt the industry somehow attracts all the unusually big breasted Japanese women when from what I understand, Asians tend to be on the smaller side.

Probably for the same reason that the porn industry uses men with larger penises. It's easier to see the penetration with the body out of the way. If you have a shorter, or average-sized penis you can imagine that if someone were filming you having sex the camera would have to be extremely close in most positions. Come on, it's not in EVERY game, and it's just part of the fantasy, most people will agree that bigger dicks are better than small ones, specially in fantasy/roleplay, so it's also just a thing of pleasing the highest amount of people as possible.
That's easy, dev has a full control of game's setting, so just use a setting where our taboos don't apply. A zoroastrian society, or a pagan society, for example, where it wouldn't be a big deal.
If one wants to experience a complete feeling of "this is wrong" why not just go with the creepy and make the female take intiative in trying to seduce you. Depending how it's written, I'd find it much more enjoyable if a mother already had lust for mc, but supressed it until game's events and you get to uncover her secrets.
Sure, why not make that an actual game mechanic then? Would add stakes and force you to plan interactions with characters more carefully. It's immersive.
