I think it's because most of this content is targeted at a male audience. So you're describing the ways maledom and femdom manifest in male fantasies - many submissive men truly want to be abused, while not many dominant men want to be truly abusive to their women. I suspect if you swapped the target demographic and aimed these games at women, you would get the mirror image: gentle femdom and abusive maledom.

We can also add the weakening of the society, destruction of judeo-christian values that a built many many great countries like America, feminization of men and stripping them from rights, feminism (a movement that despite the name, makes women more Masculine instead of feminine), and the popularization of porn + feminine brainwashing/conditioning at schools, and we have a weak ass society where men are weak, and WANT to be dominated - how on earth the dominant gender WANTS to be dominated

And since they want to be dominated, femdom has more requests, femdom has more views (positively reinforcing femdom artists). So they make MORE femdom. and at the end we will get invaded SOMEDAY if we keep being weak

Well, there are dozens of cultural reasons that many people already expressed in this thread before me, but I think there is one more reason nobody has mantioned yet:
more often than not, male domination is tied to rape or sexual harrasment. Sometimes, the game lets you choose between the "male domination" like you described it and full on Bill Cosby shit. Most sites and creators just don't bother with adding the male domination tag because they already told the player what they can expect witht the other two.

And I do not think it is a coincidence that the games who give us ACTUAL male domination that neither degenerates into rape/SA nor do they portray a whimp as a MC are very succesful and well loved by their comunity, like harem hotel or hail dicktator

Male domination fits the cultural norms, guy is aggressive but is eventually tamed by a woman and they build a lasting relationship and a home for raising children. Its easy to operate in those parameters for writing fantasy.

Female domination is inherently anti-biological norms and is essentially impossible to reconcile with raising children and such. You have masochistic men who aren't behaving in societally useful manner and women don't even want to deal with that since that doesn't help their end goal. Asking women to dominate men is kinda like asking them to marry a guy whos shorter than them. They'd just be annoyed with you. Tiny minority of women have a more masculine personality tho.

Since femdom isn't about womens natural instincts, elevating their societal status, furthering their goals or desires and is more about men asking to be treated in a bizarre manner the fetishization of it in games immediately goes into weird directions. Like it's not surprising to see games where the WHOLE world is about pandering masochistic men, it gets silly.

That's because the games are overwhelmingly made by men, so you get the male version of maledom and the male version of femdom. I'm guessing a female version of femdom would be closer to what you described.

I've had the opposite finding when it comes to maledom and femdom games on this site. Unless the game is competely dedicated to femdom most femdom scenes are usually just the female character taking the lead and being more aggressive than the male. Most maledom stuff usually ties into corruption and has the female be more subservient than submissive.
