Why I can't upload my own game?

Hello,

I wanted to upload my own game but I got the information that I can't post any threads in Games.

Where should I post the template that is here https://f95zone.to/threads/game-uploading-rules-2019-06-25.524/ ? As I am quite confused.

You can once you have some posts under your belt and users and mods have some months experience about your behavior around here.

You could try and make a request thread or any thread what so ever ...
make the first post like you would post your game,
get the game on 3 to 5 approved free hosts, tag the game,
then report your post so that mods can take a look and tell you where you are at.

Only uploaders/moderators can create a thread directly on the game section, you should create your thread on the "game request" section, following the rules you linked.

Then either you wait that someone pass there, or you report the thread, asking for it to be moved to the game section.
