If you stop to think about it, it's difficult to understand fetishes. You'll never fully grasp what makes a person have sexual desire for certain subjects.

I'm going to join in and give my two-cents: NTR is the ultimate endgame of modern porn. It's got story, it's got emotion, and it's in everything.
