it changes the extension to .txt?
Make sure it isn't being blocked by your antivirus, other than that just try running it anyways.

Specifically it changes to .ini, but opens as a txt. Antivirus doesn't seem to be touching the folder at all either.it changes the extension to .txt?

Game.ini is another file. Your antivirus probably deleted Game.exe then
try extracting it again or add exception to antivirus.

As far as I can tell Antivirus is completely ignoring it, and proceeds to have nothing in it's logs.
Upon further inspection, the file does extract, but just vanishes before it can be properly used.
Jee, I wonder why that is. Surely not your antivirus that is completely not completely ignoring it?

The point being made is that only certain fetishes sell well, so those are the one's that are getting translated and sold. Hence, yknow, the word market.
If I bought a Porn game that ended up just being Machine Translated I'd be pretty pissed.
That being said DLsite translations have definitely been barely edited machine translations in the past so I wonder how well this one holds up.

Games that sell well for the western* market get translated, which are always the same.
Not to confuse with games that sell well in the eastern market, some of which dlsite doesn't bother to even translate the titles to english. For those you end up relying on full MTL or a rare unmonetized (or donation based) fantranslation.
I don't know how you can call it "the ultimate Big Sis x Shota RPG" when the whole point is to sleep with everything but the shota brothers.

It's tagged as netorare on dlsite—if Japanese consider it ntr then it is one. It doesn't matter what random guys on a western site think. Only otaku and weebs have the right to decide hentai tag definitions.
