Heavy or Light armor? I'd played Heavy pre-Steam, so this time I was considering trying Light, especially since a lot of them were added this update, but they seem kinda... inferior?
When I was leveling up, my favorite combo was to use Heavy Armor and combine that with the Feline mask. 30% evasion doesn't have a 'wow factor', but a 1 in 3 chance to dodge attacks is pretty damn good. Plus with about 250 armor and a 35-40% absorption, my character was very survivable while I was leveling up and grinding out crap.
Once I got both sets of 'end game' armors, I am using the T3 Consort Chest and Panties along with the T3 Queen's gloves and legs. Surprisingly, the combo doesn't look horrible. When I combine the Feline mask with that set up, I have about 450 armor, 65% evasion, and about 35% absorption chance.

I'd love if light would give some stamina benefits. (or heavy giving penalty, but basic regen would need to be buffed)
Heavy armor does have a penalty. Steel armor adds 20% to the stamina cost of any actions and the Queen's armor adds 100% stamina cost, I don't know what the penalty is for the Royal armor since I never made any and I don't recall any penalties for the Guard Armor (heavy bronze).
So, swinging a 2h sword normally costs 5 stamina and with steel armor it become 6 and with the Queen's armor it is 10 stamina. It is the same thing for wood cutting or mining. Just having a single piece of heavy armor on the chest or pants slot adds those penalties. If you just have the arms or legs, heavy armor doesn't add any penalties.
Wow thanks for this. The 1st share ever with the new features, this is awesome! I figured it would replace all your current buildings with the current one. At least that made sense in my head
The Wicked Island topic is going to be lit with all the bases being shared around. Can't wait until we start seeing some EPIC BUILDS and Can't wait until there is a castle like mega structure that all will love.
Cheers!
I really wasn't sure what was going to happen when I pressed that load built button.
So, I started a new game, went through the tutorial stuff and then picked out an open spot and clicked the button. I was happily surprised when it actually plastered it in the original locations instead of trying to shoehorn the building into whatever terrain was around my character.
I was not '
assuming' anything and the Dev has had a habit of breaking shit when they add 'new stuff', so I was pretty pessimistic when I clicked the button and pleasantly surprised at the results.
