Here is the post with the updates and changes on 0.8.5.8, including the removal of the research table. The notes mention something about servant items, but I am not sure what it means. The monster/slave tokens maybe.
Apparently 0.8.5.9 was a bug fix for a few things that were broken.
Hehehehehe, it took me a while to make myself use that stupid radial menu. It still feels clunky, but it does have the occasional use.
OH, SWEET MERCY! I completely forgot about drakes being in those night ambushes. The reapers are bad enough, but, yeah, that old night spawn was a real brown trousers moment if you were not prepared.

I seriously doubt it. That would actually be bestiality which might cross the line somewhere. The game is on Steam and itch and I'm not sure about itch, but I seriously doubt steam would allow bestiality content. Not sure tho just a guess.

it was planned at one point back about 8.4.3 you could see the horse with a hard on about 8.5.2 the horse dick fell off
so yeah i think they saw that as a bridge too far ....
what's the incest tag for? I can see the child birth screenshot, can you eventually fuck the kid? this game is 10gigs, can someone just tell me how the whole sex with son thing happens lol

I remember the first time before i ever found the cheat or knew about where to find iron (THANK YOU FOR THAT BTW) and my bronze sword shattered so i killed a nightmare with my bow and arrows ....i turned that fucker into a porcupine with all the arrows sticking out of him took like 800 arrows or so, it was crazy all the time running and trying not to die ....LOL good times .back then you could also build a campfire or cauldron and the nightmares would fixate on the flames , until you hit them with a sword of course then they were all over you. BUT you could stay far back and fill them full of arrows they would not know where they were coming from ... if you got to close they would get you

step one. fuck monster til monster knocks you up, once prego you continue on with life until... , step 2 birth child step 3 ,grow child to adult monster .... step 4 fuck the now grown offspring aka your kid , get knocked up rinse repeat .
so the kid is also a monster? not half human? do u at least have dialogue with it?

At least with werebeasts. Could be a different story with nightmares if they are supposed to be demons. But then they could be half human already. Maybe its a good time to read those cards I keep ignoring.
tbh, i've seen incest games on steam, and there are some h-games that have beastiality like "FarmD", "latex Dungeon", and "ParaArk" that are on steam

I think it depends on exactly when they were added to steam and how closely the admins (or which specific one) checked the contents. Thats a bummer about harvesting nerfs. But regarding the plots yield, I believe it was right before 8.5.7 that it changed to same amount found in the wild. Before that it was double for plots which was right at 4 per plant. This indicates the dev reverted back to previous values, but the harvesting/mining got nerfed? I've been waiting and I think I'll just wait some more.
Or has it improved otherwise more or less? I like 8.5.7 so I don't mind continuing with it.

YES you interact with it with the E key you can tell it you want some fun if you want to fuck or you can tell it to stay or to follow
you can also rename it , it will level up with battles etc , my nightmare pups ....Wicked fuck and Evil fuck seem to be will behaved in that they kill anything in range of me , make sure friendly fire is off so you dont accidentally hurt them
they run a bit slower than me so i stop from time to time to let them catch up .......of you lose sight of them you can put the nightmare rib (token one per each ) in your hot key bar and call them up again ....if they die the token rib is removed from your inventory ... (Rest in peace Brutal fuck you were a good child, I was just a bad mom and took you to a battle you were not ready for ) Anyway that's the basics you have 2 ways of building your companions (there used to be 3 ) if you left the same monster fuck you 3 times you get a token rib ........if you raise a baby in the nursery you get a rib ........(..and last you used to be able to use 10 vials of jizz you collected from the same type of monster at the research table to spawn a pet ........)

if you raise a baby in the nursery you have to have a slave collar and milk as part of the formula ....
when its born you still get a (token for its type to call it up )
Ahh, I did not know that about the plots. They were never very useful to me and I never used them, since the amount I could harvest from the wild was way more than what I could get from farming. When I could harvest 2 or 3 areas for wheat and have the same if not MORE than I could have gotten from an equivalent amount of wheat in farm plots, they were pretty worthless to me.
With the
On 9., the grind was increased pretty significantly, but, there are a lot more monsters to fuck and fight now.
Sanctuary is now populated with people and a quest you can do. 2 new NPCs roaming the deep forests, only 1 has a quest though.
Crystals (for upgrading armors) is rare as fuck again. They no longer spawn in the ruined castle and the Trollkin camps.
Evercoal actually feels very useful now. Especially with the nerf to mining harvests.
Farming plots feel useful, due to the harvesting nerfs.
I ... I actually crafted some Royal armor and used it for a while, instead of charging straight to Legendary armor.
You are going to be spending A LOT more time harvesting and mining things. You are probably going to be fighting things a lot more as well. Night raids are a thing again. I have had 2 or even 3 night ambushes, in a single night, a few times. Nightmares, Reapers, and assorted basic monsters will descend upon you, depending on your level.
Sex animations are still kind of screwed up. Some work fine, others are just a bit mis-aligned, and some are just batshit crazy.

It is a tough call to say whether you should stay on 8.5.7 or update to 8.5.9. Overall, I liked the new update.
The game is grindier (kinda sucks), the game world feels a bit more alive with more spawns in the world (kinda fun). Plus, the stuff you can build and craft feel much more useful (kinda good).
Help? I am hoping this isn't a me problem, but has anyone else had any problems with their summons?
So, what happens for me is that I pull out my Minotaur Horn and it summons ... My Reaper summon. I pull out my Slave Collar and it summons ... My Troll. I pull out my Drake Scale and it summons ... another Reaper. Using my Reaper Spine sends away the two summoned reapers, using the Troll Ear sends away the Troll, but when I use any of those items again, it summons a random summon.
My guess is that I have a corrupted save, which will really suck since I have mostly legendary gear, a nice house, and plenty of resources stored. But, it really bugs the fuck out of me that my summons are all screwed up. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that I tried raising a drake baby using the nursery.

Nice, this is something I've been hoping for. I've become a lot more careless with regard to dying because it seems you can just sprint back to where you died with little worry about anything being there to prevent you from collecting your gear back.
I've come to believe that this is actually the reason for despawns once you get out of range. It doesn't really make much sense otherwise so I've been taking advantage of it. This has also led me to think that anything over 100 armor is a bit excess unless you are in the dungeon then maybe 200 armor is good enough for reapers and archdemon, which opens up more possibilities of armor mixes that are viable.
Also, can we finally get fucked by reapers?
