Where is the dragon? the big one that was in a previous build or any NPcs even? since dont seem to be any except the fisherman and that girl

You should be able to see the desert on the map. If brimstone is what you are looking for thats where you will find it.
There is a map of the island on this post that might help:
Island Map
If you are standing in the starting area, with your back to the water, turn to your right and follow the water. It should lead to a small island. At the very top of the mountain on that island is the dragon that people are referring to.
My first guess is that you have an older GPU. This game is pretty demanding on resources, especially graphics cards. Go into Settings:Graphics and change the quality to low, also try turning off things like dynamic lighting, just to see if the game runs any better. It might look like crap though.
Only other thing I can think of for you to try is to change the PreferredRHI to DX11.
Go to this location: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\WickedIsland\Saved\Config\Windows
There should be a gameusersettings.ini file. If you edit that, there should be a line of text that says PreferredRHI=XXXX, replace the XXXX with dx11, save it and try starting the game again.
I have no idea if it will help, but it is about the only thing I can think off offhand.
Are you on 0.8.5.8 or later versions? If you are, I think you can only find sand in the desert area. The desert area is right next to the starting area.
If you are on 0.8.5.7 and earlier versions, you can find sand in almost any area with trees. It will look like a white/yellow mound on the ground and you just need to get close and press E to harvest it like any other resource you can pick up.

didnt know the game got building and stuff like Conan. only bad thing is download speed slow af cuz we dont have good one. I hope we can become futa and sax the "follower" stuff. I still at beginning soo dont know how many fun stuff are there and there also bug with building menu and stuff like it should be close when player switch weapon etc.

Welp, after test run then now it time to make character. I like that game got stuff like this but i have issue is that hair are literally Unreal default hair set or something I saw in other porn game but I make it anyway. Where my preset at? wanna share me too
dev is working hard on this for sure. honestly very impressive dedication and consistent updates.
question though - have the animations improved in quality yet? or gameplay in terms of hcontent? is it exciting and fun now or is still really Alpha-y feeling early game dev/demo?

Animations are still broken ,my character stands in one place,and the other one moves around me or is 10 meters away lol

Is there a way or can someone share a config file so I can keep my keybinds without having to redo them everytime I start the game? yum yums

Presets are saved in the save folder. But you have to make one first in the preset tab. There is a dedicated preset sharing channel on their discord.

To clarify what I think was happening is not the number of servants but when I teleported and part of my slut-army was beyond a certain distance away from me (i.e. inside of Troll village), they seem not to have come along and disappeared.
