No, some of the training animations were replaced by static pics and some client special events dropped in the Revised version.

People are salty because of cut content, but it's still essentially the same brothel sim.

its still the same but it lost so much of its appeal...yeah it looks kinda better but it doesn't replace the cut content by the slightest

I don't disagree. Fidless gets mad when people say that, but I liked the original version better too in most ways.
On the other hand, it's still Wicked Rouge and a good game in its own right.
