Added a bad ending which automatically triggers if the battle against Tomomitsu during the final confrontation is lost.
Additional minor changes include making the cheat menu accessible at the office by clicking the book on the desk, etc.

Sorry, couldn’t find any Android link for the release. No idea if fidless will drop one before shutting down his discord (he mentioned around June 15). Best bet is to ask directly on there. Wish I could help more.

Also, on a different note, I heard there won’t be a harem ending for the MC’s LIs, unfortunately. fidless mentioned it on discord too.

No, unfortunately the dev’s officially stepped away from the AVN scene. He already shut down his Patreon and plans to delete the Discord soon too, so yeah… it’s pretty much done.

I’m honestly really sad he gave up on CoD. It looked so promising, and I really liked the darker vibe and atmosphere the game had.
I’d love to see someone pick the game back up too, but honestly, I don’t have much hope for that. Gotta be realistic.

He mentioned having less time to dedicate to game development apparently had some trouble managing Patreon and it looks like his attempts in the AVN scene weren’t really profitable. On top of that some really negative and even toxic feedback seems to have affected him quite a bit.

In my opinion that kinda rushed ending to the game shows he just wanted to wrap up the project respectfully and move on with his life. Which makes sense to me, developing those two games seemed pretty tough both technically and on a personal level.

Anyway, I get the move he made and I respect it. It’s a shame these great projects end like this, but that’s how it goes.

I think when someone starts another project before finishing one, it’s mainly a bad sign. I think he lost interest in wr awhile ago. And i think it’s usually better to finish a project before starting another, cause you’re just increasing wait time for people who have subscribed just for that one game.

The worst part is that the older version is funner to play. (in my opinion)
The girls look better and more unique. (these all look like generic lookalikes)
It just seems better in almost every regard.
I just finished this one and was left wondering where the rest of the game is.

I see, thanks for the update. Quite shocked to see the game as being completed as I last left it at V0.14 and the plot sure did not look like it was ending soon, that explains the sudden completion.

Like others I was surprised to learn that COD was not well received despite the rave reviews here, I suppose people just like them quick and fast...

seems like he listened more to patron crybabys than to his passion. instead of following his vision he had to appease the trolls. The sad forever struggle with fan funded games... It's sad to see.

If it was a passion maybe complete something like the art., and then the money wouldn't have mattered, it was a hobby? Aw, but it was about the money. Although he's right about discord.

The hobby gamemaker, that story is they get a hint of funding, and it peaks and it declines as fickle as the next game. Keeping a stream means keeping up with updates and providing the content. In the case of most, it doesn't keep up. Or the dev decides to make something else more profitable. Are they hobby gamemakers becomes the underlining question or another exploit?

I struggled understanding what you're trying to say, but I think I agree ?

I'm also not judging people for trying to make ends meet. I'ts hard out here. It's just too common to loose sight of why you originally wanted to make a game, especially if it's profitable. Milking is easyer than making a new project after all. It's just so tempting and human to want that stability. Dev's get too compfortable for their own good sometimes.
Not that I'm saying this Dev has done this, just speaking in gerenal.
Anyways, it's always sad to see talented individuells go, whatever reasons they may have.

Remember playing this back during the lockdown. Definitely one of the better f95 games I've played. Kudos to the dev for not leaving it unfinished, and may he succeed in whatever he plans to do after this.
