Yes, by this site's definition you would be correct. However, if we go by what swinging actually is, then it's just a couple who both consensually and mutually participate in sexual acts with people outside outside of their relationship. It's a catchall for anything from threesomes to orgies and the in-between, as long as the couple are participating together in said act. Swapping is a part of it yes, but it's not exclusive to just swapping, that is a common misconception.
