It depend the actual world, netorare usually involve voyeurism, or at far least being cheated unwilling (some might blackmail involved so the definition is kinda off in these cases) while still having a romantic relation (no exception otherwise is just cheating), sometimes the definition is bit abstract as it might be with a childhood friend or coworker that however still have a spark on the relation, other times is just about possession where the mc think in such way but not the other way around (es. family members).
Netorase is basically sharing where both parties are involved in the decision, this last one might be eventually transformed in the first, many times it happen in this kind of novels.
As far I'm reading the description the guy might suffer from erectile disfunction but sharing his wife is triggering him, knowing these kind of story it will be exactly as I was saying before, from netorase it will get to netorare due corruption and eventually leading to her leaving him with a pregnant av xD

No it doesn't. To put it in is purest engrish translation it just means "to steal". This is why the word can be "vague", it's easy to apply to a lot of concepts.

I mean you wrote and entire chapter however you put in my mouth words i never said.. Optimally you didn't read everything i wrote, or you simply decided to write your definition with certain words that however, as short my text was, in fact were already present.. There is not a single definition and there's not a single output thus "just stealing" is not correct. I find the same problem, But somehow some of them can be fix by using "reduce color mode" in compatibility settings, change it to 8 bit and the game can show the image. (But in exchange the color will be extremely reduced and hurt your eyes lol)
