Dude, you really should consider seeking professional help and try going weeks without porn. I saw a whole text you wrote before, answering Zabon, that you deleted it, so I couldn't reply it. I personally find incest games disgusting, abominable, and morally wrong — but despite that, I’ve never felt the need to obsessively hunt down those games or write long rants about how “dangerous” and “self-destructive” they are. Right now the MC is a straight up pussy. The MC character is in a prime position to corrupt and get revenge on everyone. Hope MC grows a pair and does something redeemable and evil. He basically is already broken let that guide him to make peoples lives miserable especially since he isn't fucking his wife anymore. Use the brother at the job to act out his revenge especially since he doesn't know who he is perfect tool. Just my one cent.
I saw your name. I also have ADHD, use earplugs specialized for us(they come in amazon) and maybe glasses.
All that really makes a difference due to our sensory overload and light hypersensitivity

I actually multitask to keep it under control took 35 years to master it. Right now for example playing VNs, listening to music on blast, partially blind so I where glasses, plus also doing finance for my job at home all at once. Plus wife and four needy pain in the ass adult children ADHD is welcome.

My top recommendations are:
1. Loop engage plus 2 earplugs(you can still hear convos very well).
2. fl 41 glasses(indoors) and fl 60 glasses(outdoors)and both with 40% VLT. In case you have light sensitivity.
So many people underestimate sensory overload and light hypersensitivity, not even ADHD meds to me helped with that. In fact those problems were making me miserable unable to enjoy things PROPERLY.
