one of the best porn games I have ever played. Great images and glad that the devs seem to continue to update which makes me very happy. Hope we can continue to see more updates and continue to make a great game

This is honestly my favorite game right now, mostly for its somewhat realistic display of dialogue where they're not all scatterbrained idiots that fall over themselves to get your cock. Well, at least not before properly training them.

Very much looking forward to the next update.

This is the one adult game i keep coming back to time and time again.

Its not the easiest game but it is increadibly engaging and satisfying to complete. Having still images instead of gifs can be offputting for some but the heart and soul of the game makes it work.

The only con is that its a work in progress because this finished product will be a masterpiece.

-had Dani Daniels. Would have been lovely if i got to keep her as girlfriend.

CONS
- using still images in 2021. I read that the engine supports videos. If thats a problem you could use gifs. well i heard webp or something are better than gifs, But its really bad to see just pics. What an insult to such a great game. I mean if you are using Real porn assets why not use vids atleast gifs. still images are just lazy.

VERDICT
You should play the game. Its great. Huge content, great storyline, all woven together finely into a great game. And lastly my best of luck to the dev for future accomplishments.

I admit I didn't play much of the game, but it soon became clear it was not my thing. I like the theme, don't get me wrong, but the way it was executed and presented wasn't interesting or appealing to me. Nor the interactions, nor the mechanics, or the use of photos, all those things just drew me out of the game, instead of in to it. Which in the end meant I chose to leave it and dedicate my time to others.

The Gay Tag Review

For a game called Wife Trainer, you would expect that the Gay tag refers at best to a couple of random scenes with m/m interaction and... that's exactly how it is. Don't expect to play this game for the gay content, as it's focused on, well, wives.

The game itself is fine. It seems there are plenty of choices, events and interactions (even though the actual interactions with the wives you train are limited because you can have only one session per week, two maximum if you use the weekend) so there is definitely some variation. It does feel a bit cold though, vaguely aseptic. Maybe it's the fact that there is, at least for now, no real story or end-goal (which usually doesn't bother me too much, but here it feels particularly aimless), or maybe it's because your interactions are quite limited in scope, or because I haven't felt any specific interest or connection with the characters... it just didn't give me much motivation to continue.

It's a trainer, all right. That's the only positive thing I can say.

So this is a sort of a mix between true freeroaming sandbox trainer, and narrative-based training, and for me it fell short in both aspects. Basically, it's a collection of serialized modules, with each module providing one individual trainee. No procedural generation here, officer, move along. On the outside of these modules, as far as I can tell, there's basically nothing in terms of narrative. There's very little in terms of strategy, you buy some upgrades to your bedroom and dungeon, a few gifts and magical items here and there and that's it.

The trainee modules themselves turned out to be rather simplistic. Yeah, they have limited branching, emphasis on limited. The problem is, they are written like mini-VNs, not like trainings, and are constrained by time (you have around 10-15 sessions to train). To be fair, that would not be a problem on itself, but the writing and accompanying photos lack conveyance. Using real porn as illustrations is obviously going to deprive you of pictures with a whole spectrum of facial expressions (because porn wasn't directed with you using it as a prop in mind). And the writing does NOTHING to alleviate that and offer some aid.

Now, the rest. The visuals are BAD. I thought I knew what I was signing up for from screenshots... I was wrong. Thanks for reminding me that aging "professional" porn stars look like the cheapest crack whores. Because in some cases they are on crack, and are destined to die on the streets as soon as they are discarded by the industry. Yeah, yeah, what a fun tangent. The fact is, out of the whole assortment of fully implemented characters I encountered, only two were somewhat attractive. The rest ranged from "meh" to "shut the fuck up, just give me your stupid candles and get the fuck out because I have zero intentions of finding out how you look naked". Like, if this is thematic integrity, with the theme being "used goods", congrats, you nailed it. You train used goods in game, with used goods of a porn industry served as illustrations. Thanks, but that is a firm no from me.

The UI wasn't great either. It's not thought out well enough, and has strange idea to use varying fonts, text sizes and colours, some of which can make your eyes bleed.

In short, I did not enjoy the game, 2/5.

For a game like this, there seems to be a fuck ton of content that attempts to be well thought out. I personally didn't like some aspects of how hard character management was but others might like the challenge.

Boring, not enough sex! Not enough animations and toooo much grinding and repeating. I saw the god rating and downloaded the Game. I wanted long Sessions with lots of animations and get 1 boring pic and tons of grinding before the next session is available. I have no problem with sandbox grinding aka H...m Hotel where I get tons of sexy 3D Animations, but this game is like a interaktive textbook with a few pics. I didnt even need animations when there are plenty of good renders but only 1?

Very complex game with high quality images and dialogue. No videos. Many choices that have a lasting effect on the gameplay, very high replay value. The playing time for one playthrough in version 0.7X is several hours.

J'ai bien aimé, pas mal de scènes assez bien foutues et surtout de multiples dénouements du fait des choix du joueur, en plus ça change des 3dcg avec des proportions inhumaines ou pas intéressantes. Mention spéciale pour le côté extrême de certains chemins du jeu que j'ai beaucoup apprécié

This is probably my favorite game. Even using "cheating" mods to make easier the discovery processs, this game surprises me (wife trainer) every time I play it.

I'm just waiting for the next version.

So I'll start by saying I'm not into all the training niche, I'm not turned on at all (even turned off) by dominating/torturing/abusing/humiliating women but still I think it was an EXCEPTIONAL game!

This game is very well designed IMO and gives all types of players choices that will satisfy them.

Writing - feels good by not repeating over a meaningless dialogue again and again which I've seen in countless number of games here. You need to find the clues in the writing which can indicate on how to crack the character you are facing. Moreover, the scenes in the game actually match the dialogue and was fun to experience. It seems so easy to do but so many failing in doing so.

Characters - seems to have each a unique personality which by itself feels like a puzzle to crack. You need to understand the character you are facing to succeed in "winning" her in the time frame you are given, which is really good choice to balance the game it give it variations.

Gameplay - a VN style game which actually has a gameplay, that's pretty rare here. Like said above, this what kept me playing this game even though I'm not into the all training genre. I really enjoyed the "puzzles"(women) by trying to understand how to crack each of them, which is not easy sometimes.

Overall the game has a huge amount of replay-ability, it feels rich with choices that seems like they could lead you to a dramatically different outcomes, many small side mission and optional stuff.

Worth trying it out even if you are not into that kind of things - the game gives you the choice not to dominate the girls if you don't want to and still enjoy various sex scenes.

i played this game easily more than any other game on the site and thats just on the latest build 0.7m waiting for a new update but not for the reason you think

to start off the game offers a replayability that is super rare, there is tons of room with experimenting and there is strong mods that support that concept, i played at least 5 playthroughs and even with my guy having more or less the same start and me cutting corners with mods i still keep finding new scenes and events and different outcomes, whole story branches can be skipped or discovered depending on what path you choose with every character.

now fair warning the game does offer some scenes and fetishes that will not be easy on some people or outright triggering, but the fact that it offers that wide of range of fetishes is awesome and definitely a strong suit that should be built upon if possible

the game easily deserves the 5 star rating even if it may not be for everyone but its just too good at what it does that its not even up for debate.

This game is not for everyone, so for this review I’ll start by addressing the reasons this game may not be for you, while explaining why maybe it still can be.

Themes: It should come as no surprise that a game called Wife Trainer has strong themes of male-dom which stray into misogyny at times. However, aside from certain events as the hypnotist, I believe every woman who comes to you has a backstory that makes them at least partially consensual to the training. Some of the reasons are dub-con in nature, like their boyfriend or boss giving them an ultimatum, but many come to you out of their own fetishes or interests. What’s more redeeming is that, as far as I know, every character has at least one outcome where you can disregard the wishes of your client, focus on who the “wife” wants to be, and empower them on that path. Let’s be clear: Wife Trainer never comes close to feminist writing, but it’s not quite as disrespectful as the synopsis and name suggest and may get you off even if it offends you.

Story: The character you play, the wife trainer, doesn’t really have a story arc. You gain “reputation” when you fulfill a client’s wishes in time, you have some options for dating or creating a harem, and there are some background-specific events in the world for you to discover, but your character never really feels fleshed out and never really has a goal other than completing the next clients’ requests. Instead, Wife Trainer is more like an anthology where the protagonists are the characters whom you’re training. They’re the ones who change and have the events of real interest—many of which only occur after their training is complete.

Porn: This game is from a different time and a different style of eroge. Most of us now are used to game developers hiring artists to draw 3D models of their characters. However, Wife Trainer uses instead screenshots from professional porn movies for visual guides. On one hand, I respect the hell out of the author for being able to write characters and narratives around the compilations of these actresses’ bodies of work. On the other hand, some pictures definitely have that fake, forced “porno” feeling which can take a reader out of that amazing narrative.

Overall, Wife Trainer has a few areas where it could be improved. However, changing any of those areas would make it a different game entirely, and the current game is very obviously an example of an author achieving a vision. There are so many paths written for every character, and so much strategy involved in training each character that this is not a game you should play once. You can play it many times over to try to see different outcomes, or use different trainer backgrounds. In spite of some personal preferences feeling unfulfilled, I can’t help but give this classic game 5 stars for effort and execution.

Excellent game! No matter from the storylines, the erotic senses, or the gaming operations, this game deserves five stars. Even though it is under development, this game attracts me a lot. I am looking forward to future updates.
Few suggestions might be given here. First, it would be nice if we could travel to different cities for different purposes or missions. I personally think the depth of this game is good enough, maybe there we can add more branches to expand its width. Second, there is a lack of collection or gallery for the historical beautiful senses. We have to go back saves if we want to enjoy the old memories, that is the biggest inconvenience of this game I feel.
In short, few flaws cannot obscure the splendor of the jade, this game is wonderful in general.

Wife Trainer is a great game with a ridiculous amount of content of varying types and kinks. The replayability is great and getting different outcomes are often interesting. The writing is well done and worth reading through which is rare in the erotic game genre. All scenes are accompanied by sexy images that are surprisingly consistent from character to character. My only improvment would be to have more GIFs or other moving images for the scenes, but that is just a preference and could prob be mended with a mod.

Easily the best game of this type. Unlike most adult games this offers a challenge and offers a real strategic experience along with being very sexy. One of the best trainer games ever made. Never played the RAGS version but I recommend sticking with this currently updated one.

I've obsessively been trying to beat this game for weeks now. The game is good, even great. But it's way, way, way too hard.

Without a guide, it's pretty much impossible to 100% this. Even if you savescum all the time, there's a decent chance that you won't even get close to completing primary targets, even if you're grinding repeated playthroughs.

I think that the difficulty is fine for an extreme difficulty setting. But please, someone add lower difficulty settings, or at least make all of the stat changes visible. And also a mode to do one target at a time.

Maybe I'm too OCD but I just can't bring myself to accept failure states for some (most, really) targets and just move on. If you don't want to spend too much time working on it, just make the lower difficulties have a longer amount of time to work the same targets.

the gold standard all porn games should be measured against.

Unbelievable complexity, massive content, great writing, infinite replayablity. It's the best real-porn game by several miles, and may be the best game on F95. I've followed this game since the good ol' early RAGS day, and am still coming across interesting aspects and secrets every time I load it up. An incredible work.
