How exactly do you get the console commands to work? I went in and made the config.(whatever) true and it doesn't work still.

put the unren.bat file into any renpy game's root folder (where the .exe is) and run the file, if you press 3 then hit enter (then after it's done hit enter again) it will activate the console. Haven't run into a renpy game yet where it didn't work.

It's been that way for years. The dev wasn't going to change this after changing the game engine, he probably doesn't know anything about making proper 3D CG (like me) so he uses whatever he can find on the web.

I've never gotten the following cheat to work.

player.add_tag(trait) 'Dominant', 'Hypnotist', 'supersexy', 'moneybag'
player.add_tag('Dominant')

It would say True as result of the following command. After entering traits, it would later spit out False instead of True. I've tried only adding Dominant. Bree does not change her behaviour towards me. Am I supposed to wait a day or something?

edit. It should be player.add_tag('dominant') as in undercase.

i have no idea how to play this game via renpy . i made it work with the unren tool to get the console but i dont get it with that walkthrough. especially those with " new message " i cannot even click on the phone or that laptop in the bedroom

so far no real problems. I was hoping youd make it easier in this version though, god this game is fucking TOUGH.
The UI is one of the most confusing ive ever used in a game though. If I hadnt played the rags version id be totally lost

The difficulty makes it a lot more interesting and fun, since to be successful you need to make a plan and think about your moves. It also makes it a lot better to replay since you will probably fail a lot the first few times you play, and each playthrough should give a better understanding in how to tackle the problems the game presents. That is also one of the things that make this game feel like a game rather than a full or halfbaked VN.
