Slave girls can be renamed, but other than that, no. I could possibly, at some point in the future, include that option in my mod though, it is going to be fairly low priority though.

Currently yes. v0.8.6.0 was released before game version 0.7m.
A patch for both v0.7.0.2 and v.0.8.6.0 will be released later today.

Fairyn is a character Master M sends to you for a training session if you succeeds in training Diamond for him.

I enjoy the game, but like exploring each woman more than the relatively short amount of time allows. So I created a very small mod. It effectively removes the training time limit. Women complete their training when the trainer says they are done using an option under personal actions.

There should be no other effects on the game. Events that cause a woman to abandon training should still fire.

Not very hard at all, more time consuming than hard. And there is not that many active modders for this game currently. I most certainly do not have the time, since I work on 3 different active mods for this game, the wiki and a stand-alone mod as a side project. And of course answering questions and making the Android Ports.

As I stated earlier, states is not the same as content. Characters can have content that does not lead to a state change. In this case there is indeed BDSM / bondage content for Sarah, she just never gets the slavegirl state.
