Thats totally on me i read that entirely wrong. I guess the only thing i could add to my reasons why MC's motivation in the context of sexual content is that he just wants to win. And we did see him struggle with trying to recruit the absent members. If i recall correctly one slight moment with Lexi he debates if he should lead her on (falsely) and use her. And that could count towards him wanting to win as his life has pretty much been the worst it has ever been.

Also something that could explain his sexual motivation could simply be that he's liking the girls and wants to pursue them. I'm honestly curious on what kind of reason you'd want MC to have for the sexual content part.
I am not asking for some specific reason for why MC would pursue the girls, though I would want the MC to have some romantic attraction towards the girls instead of just being thirsty and wanting to get some pussy.

What I want is:
1) For the MC to have doubts about his actions towards the girls because of his overall goal of creating a strong team. He shouldn't just rush into it like he did with Eve and instead weight his options and understand that what he is doing could be counterproductive to his goals;
2) For the game to have some consequences for trying to romance multiple girls - not bad ends, but scenes of quarells between the mc and the girls;
3) For the harem to make sense at least slightly - right now I don't see how the girls would ever want to share him. They have very strong personalities to just do that out of nowhere.

Tbh, maybe I am asking too much from the developer working on his first vn. This is difficult to implement even for experienced devs. This is just something I don't like in an otherwise great game.

No I don't think so, it wasn't exactly rap, more of the slower pop that's common for lewd scenes in avn's
Just revisited the shower scene. And you were right oh my god. When i first played this i was playing on my laptop as i usually do with AVN's. And i initially first thought it was a kpop song because i didn't have that high of a volume on my laptop but yeah it actually is a swedish song - Samma gamla by Ikhana

If it turns you away, then good riddance.

Nah but on a serious note, in this game you play as the definition of a virgin. MC has been obsessed with volleyball his entire life and he haven't had the time or need for any sexual activity. After his encounter with Lexi and feeling a completely different kind of bliss than just him jerking himself off, it would make sense why he actually got into that mindset that he just craves that bliss again and pleasuring other people. After his moment with Eve he really loved the noises that Eve made and that she loved when he touched her. So he literally studied up on it by visiting porn sites so he could actually learn how to pleasure a woman.

Short summary: MC has only had his mind on volleyball and training to win. He turned away every single girl and opportunity that he had. He is quite literally new to all of this new kind of bliss that he is experiencing with these girls that he's going to coach.

I will say that you are wrong about that their motivation doesn't align at all.
Eve actually wants to play volleyball and has been craving to be on a team since highschool. MC started training her and she is improving alot.
Zoe is following her hero's footsteps (the mc) and wants to become the greatest setter and MC will teach her everything he knows.
Saki is picking up volleyball again because she is doing purely for the MC.
Lexi doesn't care about volleyball but she will join if MC makes it funner to play volleyball than to party all day n nite
I'd say that their motivation is about MC and ofcourse they have history with volleyball in one way or another.
Fiona probably loves volleyball but she probably got into the wrong crowd and everything got messed up there.
May be all right what you say, but this isn't a sportsman biography or a social drama, isn't it? I thought this is a love/sex/fuck-VN in an adequate surrounding ... :unsure:

I can understand the fact that the MC being with one of the girls or all of the girls of the team could backfire spectacularly as far as ''professionalism'' goes and ending up ruining everything anyway. At the same he is not as far as i understand it, a member of the staff or faculty for any rules to properly apply, rather a student filling in the role of coach. Perhaps that does put him under the purview of certain rules but it's neither explained or touched upon so he's having his little brain sharing his big brain thought process, aka grab em by the pussy. Now this may sound as me overreaching to make it make sense and you'd probably be right. Then again it's a very well written VN overall, with a compelling story and characters so just go with the flow. Just hands off Saki, she's mine. :ROFLMAO:

The writing is good. Real good, given how much I basically despise 4/5ths of cast as they are garbage people and the MC is equally as bad. I mean shit one of them shouldn't even be existing in the school still if it was anything remotely like real life (Fiona or w/e her name is) given that any institute that has a zero policy on violence would terminate anyone even associated with violence, even if they didn't instigate it.
I think this VN will require an extreme amount of suspended disbelief to think that any of those people would even function in a social setting or work as a team at all outside of Eve given that basically none of them are even remotely interested in playing or taking it seriously, moreoever you can't help anyone that doesn't want to be helped but again MC seems to just be railroading hero complex and it will somehow just "work" even though people in real life who are like these individuals would straight up never be able to be helped or made into an actual team.

Eve - Pretty good, probably the only individual that seems like she could make the team.

Zoe - Basically comes off as having a default mode of "what I say goes, end of story, you're beneath me" aswell as doesn't want anything to do with any of the other members, so that's fucked from the get-go. It also irks me that she absolutely knew who he is, is supposedly a fan but still basically just went "lol you quit after losing once you fucking pussy" when given her wealth and connections, she could have easily found out why he did so.

Lexi - Doesn't take herself seriously, has no qualms forcing herself on someone and has literally zero interest in playing. I personally don't really give a shit if she gets a train ran on her every second day if she would actually just be interested in playing the fucking sport.

Fiona - Either is in organized crime or has family members/friends in organized crime given that rumours rarely spring from nothing, also has an absolutely dogshit attitude, and also doesn't seem even remotely interested. And no I'm not taking into account what Lexi says because Fiona has just proven otherwise.

Saki - Not interested at all, contrarian kid on a tantrum so effectively impossible to deal with.

Honestly just pivot the game and take over basketball coaching instead. Rebecca & Anna are endless entertainment and Desiree is naive but atleast a kind person at the core. Will atleast make the game something other than "I CAN FIX HER" simulator when, 99.9% of the time, you cannot fix people like this.

I'll be keeping an eye on this simply because the writing is actually good, won't be able to suspend my disbelief enough to redeem any of the characters' traits though.

EDIT - I honestly think a lot of this would be alleviated if some of their personalities weren't so absurdly extreme and they atleast dropped a "maybe, I'll think about it" rather than basically reacting to the idea as if it was the bubonic plague, which is also where the suspension of disbelief starts to wane as if someone reacts to something like that, they're not going to go with it no matter what.
The amount of disbelief one is required to suspend does rather, grate a little...

I'm all up for fantasy but... it's Volleyball not Blitzball.

There is quite a bit of disconnect in this game between the story and the sexual content, which is rather disappointing. I find it really unbelievable that the MC would try to fool around with the girls in his team when he has so much to lose if the team breaks down because of jealously and cat fights between the girls.

This completely breaks my suspension of disbelief. I don't see the MC fooling around with the girls and the MC trying to form a team and win a tournament as the same character. Because they are radically different and their motivations don't align at all. In fact the mc in the sexual content doesn't have much of a personality at all, he doesn't have any reason for what he does, he doesn't think about the consequences. He is just a blank slate for a player.

This is a very serious flaw in an otherwise fantastic game. I shudder to think about the future implementation of harem in this game - it might just turn me away from this game. I want harem to work in some way, but the setting of this game doesn't really allow for it. I would rather there be consequences for trying to romance multiple girls.
Well the MC does not know much about girls, he's always been focused on Volleyball until the injury also we haven't really done anything too sexual with the girls that are on the team only with Lexi who isn't on the team right now. I have the feeling as more girls join the team and catch feelings, jealousy and conflict will happen.

There will be harem in the future judging by the tags but it's barely the second chapter and we aren't even on any romantic relationship with any of them, although several girls have shown interest the story still needs to advance much more before we even see how said Harem is gonna work.

I think that for a guy who has never had sexual experience his behavior is justifiable. His ex-buddies say he was so absorbed in the game and training that he wasn't even paying attention to the opposite sex, he's young and feeling attracted to girls for the first time of course he can do stupid things and not control his desires. I think the problems of multiple relationships and cat wars are still to come as are the MC's attempts to contain his attraction and try not to ruin the team with relationships. Speaking of which, it's cool that we now have options to not start a fire with Saki and Lexi I wonder what they'll develop into in the future and whether the protagonist will get into trouble for his sex drive.
As for the harem, life is such a sad story at times that I wish the game had at least that kind of ending.
We already have an eggplant ending, why not a harem? Although I realize that such opposite personalities as the girls on this team are unlikely to mix. However, come to think of it a Vicky Cristina Barcelona option in the form of MC, Lexi and Fiona is quite likely. Maybe there will be more variations :giggle:

Whether MC pursues a girl or not depends on your choices as a player. If you choose to pursue as the player, why would MC start thinking that what he's doing could be counterproductive to his goals? If you think that it'd be counterproductive, you can choose to not pursue the girl.
2) For the game to have some consequences for trying to romance multiple girls - not bad ends, but scenes of quarells between the mc and the girls;
We are already seeing hints of this. Zoe saying bluntly in Eve's face that she's not that cute. Eve and Saki are both already wary of Lexi's short appearance at the gym clinging to MC. Not unlikely at all to see jealousy creating small scenes between MC and the girls as the story goes forward. This is only chapter 2 after all.
3) For the harem to make sense at least slightly - right now I don't see how the girls would ever want to share him. They have very strong personalities to just do that out of nowhere.
I feel the very opposite. I think their strong personalities are exactly the perfect reason for willing to share. They'd be willing to share MC because their love for MC is that strong that they'd rather share instead of losing him. Plus, working together as teammates would naturally improve the girls' relationship with each other.

You aren't asking too much. You are asking too specific to your personal preference. Ultimately, there is no game that would 100% suit to what anyone wants other than the developer's. You're free to have opinions and preferences, but I personally think your issue could've been easily solved by changing the perspective rather than changing the game.

Seriously, how the fuck did we get through the last few years and people still think being in cold rain will give you a cold.

I mean, not necessarily of course, but it increases the likelihood that'd catch a cold since long exposure to cold water all over your body will lower your immune system. It's just one of those things that have being ingrained in people, and people will believe anything. My grandmother was afraid of thunder when using silverware because she thought lightning could hit your fork lmao

It's like saying speeding causes accident. It doesn't actually work that way, but it definitely increases the chance of it to happen. It's not necessarily right, but it's not that wrong either.

Awesome update, Chapter 2 is a lot of fun with strong developments for the MC, the LIs, and the plot. Very erotic H-scenes as well. It's always a great sign to see well written and composed foreplay scenes, many devs struggle greatly with this.
