I think the relationship drama was foreshadowed with the line "the hardest part is yet to come" or something like that at the start of chapter 2. At least, I hope there will be drama related to the harem because otherwise it makes no sense that an X amount of girls with troublesome attitudes can perfectly accept being part of a harem.You forget that a harem costruct where the man (MC) has affairs with all the other girls is extremely explosive for the team as a whole. Jealousy will be all around and could blast the freshly assembled girls volleyball team. Oh come on, in reallity there will probably no "bond between the girls naturally develop too" as you write. How could be there any bond between the girls when they are all after the same man? Forget it. This is only the base for a huuuuuge cat fight. High Bitch Alert. And pure poison for this VN about a man to form a team. In case you can prevent these awful consequences by a literary knack I am absolutely for a harem, a kind of fuck-the-girls-merry-go-round. I love this!

Jk, I doubt it though. That seems a bit too cheesy compared to the writing and setup until here (even if this is a harem game, the writing so far really ain't bad).
I don't know if Lexi could function as a sort of "mediator" or catalyst here. I don't really want to call her a harem queen, since as of now she does not yet aim for a relationship with the MC, but she could motivate the others to accept that there is multiple girls with the MC. She seems kinda liberal in that way right now.
Some thoughts on the contrary though, I would expect some conflicts to arise with Fiona due to the harem building, since (just my wild guess of course) that trainer she beat up might have harassed some girls the year before, so maybe she will be against MC fooling around with the girls from the team because of that. Just my guesswork though.

Harem is debatable (i agree with the people that say that for now the game doesn't really give an harem vibe).

My guess is that Fiona's kink/sex will straight up be love based.
MC and Fiona won't exactly have "sex" but they will hopefully have affectionate love making filled with passion.
Fiona is clearly someone who is obviously broken in "some way" (i won't spoil for anyone that haven't played chapter 2 and i don't know how spoiler tags works on this site so i will just leave it at that)
Also Fiona is in the "troublemaker" role. And they usually and REALLY should not go down in the corruption path or anything that could potentially make her feel worse. Taming would work fine but personally, i would absolutely love for her entire thing to be passionate love.

In real life Harem's don't usually work and rarely is a thing outside prince like (lord) beings.
But in normal life poly relationships do work out "for a while". For a poly relationship to fully work out everyone needs to love each other and are sexually attracted to each other. I'll show a quick example.
Lets say a relationship wants a third one into the mix. They pick out someone who is into both girls and guys. But said girl falls only for the girl. It also helps when the third person they want is actually someone who is looking to be apart of a poly relationship.

Sorry but that is just not true.
A poly in real life can just as well work with different relationship constellations as in, they all need to be bi and into each other...in the first place there aren't that many people which are bi and additional also want a poly relationship.
Personaly i was friends with 2 poly couples over the years, one which was a guy with his wife, later joined a woman which was lesbian, worked fine.
An other which was a guy with 2 girls, they were friends for a long time iirc or childhood friends, none of them was bi and the girls had more of a sisterly relationship.
