Try downloading the game from another file hosting service, perhaps the antivirus doesn't like the source mega.nz
It points to the entire archive, not to a specific file.
I can say for sure, this is a false positive.

Tried 3 different. You can see the other Threat blocked are from other host sites.

Well the game isn't too bad outside of the boring skippable puzzles.
Ending though was suspect as the MC loses all the women except the unicorn babes who blackmail for child support.
