I love Alison, I can't wait for chapter 1, congratulations to the developer, I love this game, I hope many more people know about it and give it the appreciation it deserves, thanks for considering making it linear, I support you everywhere (patreon, discord) even if I don't have the money to support you

Voidyne makes some great renders. For reals. (Yes, this is who you think it is...)

I guess the one thing that stands out to me to criticize is that the language (words and concepts like "introvert") and... the eyestone... that stuff is all too modern and too "our world" instead of "other world." A lot of the Japanese anime's have their problems, but usually the isekai's make attempts at making the common sense of the fantasy world a bit different than our world.

But this is just me, it may not bother other people.

The eyestone... LOL... I don't want smartphones following me into fantasy worlds.

The "weak male being beat up by a woman" story device is also tired and over-used.

I like the bit of rpg elements or maybe relationship elements that are clear. We know plainly if we're on a track for friendship with a character, that was nice.

The graphics aren't bad, but then again they're not outstanding either. I've seen a lot worse and I've seen a lot better, just in the AVN bracket of games. For the UI I'd suggest opacity controls for the text box and the ability to name saves, especially if there's going to be branching choices.

Anyway that's just some quick feedback if you're interested.

OMG Thank you for the feedback! Sorry for the late response, for some reason I never got a notification for this...

I definitely understand your feelings on the game world feeling too similar to the real world, but I wrote that intentionally to break expectations. I wanted to make a somewhat un-traditional isekai and part of the joke is that this 'fantasy world' really isn't all that different from our world! But I understand if that kind of humor may not be to your tastes.

In future updates (including the one coming soon) the MC will get the chance to get deeper into the side of the universe that deals with lore, magic, and monsters so I hope it will start to feel more like a proper isekai! Almost every character has deep ties to the fantasy-aspects of the universe and I hope players look forward to exploring those down the road!

I'd personally say that the 'weak male getting beat up by a woman' has less to do with the MC being weak and moreso the woman getting the jump on him :p But I definitely understand the trope feeling tired, I agree with you! That scene was designed to be eye-catching and immediately grab the player's attention at the beginning of the game, but going forward there will most likely not be many scenes like that.

I'm glad you like the RPG elements! Starting in the next update, you'll also be able to track your relationship progress with the romanceable characters alongside your friendship progress with them in case you want to friendzone them.

Thanks for the comments on the graphics! I'm trying really hard to make Wildwood stand out compared to other HS visual novels, to varying degrees of success... One thing I can say is that the new update looks even better than the current game, so I hope you look forward to that! Also I'm definitely planning on adding an option to make the text box transparent for players who don't want it. I can definitely add save names as well.

Once again, thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing my game, I really appreciate it!
