If you read a few posts up, it was stated that the Dev said this was not an official public release. it was leaked. So none of the bugs have been ironed out yet.

Did they add anything to make it worth it starting from scratch? As seemingly old saves are not supported.
I am not bashing on the progress or anything, I am simply not interested in replaying everything just to get 5 minutes of new content at the end of it.

The latest english translation patch was understandable. All the dialogue made sense to me and it was easy to follow the story. I did have it switch to spanish a couple of times but that was few and far between.
When it ended it did say 3.0 end but as others have said this wasn't the official release version. I have the feeling if I am going for the harem path. That I should probably stop telling every woman they are the one.

Didn't realize it as a leaked version, that would fall under the "dev didn't post the update" parenthetical in my post. I'll wait for official release

It's still an official version though? It's leaked because it's released before the public release date (Which consist of 90% of games on this site), he released the game early for patreons lv2-3 so we can say he leaked it himself?
