This game is pissing me off. All the Strength or other "Checks" fail most every time. I am literally less than 30 min into the game and you are already being told you failed something because your stat isn't high enough? Seriously? How about giving us time to build up our stats before forcing checks? It's not even possible to GET that may stats up yet. I did Debug mode to raise them and things STILL fail. I raised them all to 15 and finally everything passes. Again, there is NO way to get stats up that fast to pass checks so early in the game. There was a conversation that asked multiple times about Pilot check, and the last one required 35 to pass (because I kept editing it in Debug mode to get it to pass). There is NO way to get 35 at that point. This stuff needs to be changed.

I don't like how the game forces story to happen at random or when you wake up. Maybe I just want to raise my stats and relationships first? Let us choose when we continue with story.

The Facial app. No explanation. I got pictures in it from girls, but nothing in the gallery of them. They should be there. In fact, the gallery has nothing in it for every girl at all.

I have 400/100 xp, so how do you level up? Zero explanation.

Women level up. So, what happens? Nothing. Zero explanation.

The flying combat stuff is really tired to, and it is just not enjoyable. Let me skip it and get the score and rewards. I have zero interest in doing it over and over. Same with the stupid racing. It's just not enjoyable at all.

Game ends and I am not able to continue unlocking things with girls. Uhh...why? Ridiculous.

File size is already too big. Needs a compressed version.

you do know all you're missing is some text, right? also, every stat check is easily achievable. do you need a walkthrough to guide you? considering Droid is a literal robot, if you ask nicely enough, you may even get one.

this isn't a sandbox but a semi-kinetic visual novel with choices that can have consequences (aka you miss out on text, lore or LIs). first time seeing one?

it's a Droid AVN. it's also still in early access. like very early access. not everything is explained since not everything is fleshed out. most people here are used to the Facial system not being finished in early access from the other games over the years.

welcome to early access. while the version is 0.2, that doesn't mean you have 20% of all content, especially not interactions with the women.

File size is already too big. Needs a compressed version.

two issues with that: 1. the image quality would most likely take a dive since this is Unity, not RenPy or Unreal. this game engine is very finicky when it comes to images, sprites, meshes and so on. 2. outside of Droid, I don't think there's anyone else that'd be willing to optimize the game, even if they were Unity exclusive programmers, and the poor little robot is already juggling enough.

I believe that answers everything. so, I have a very simple question: you ok there, mate? while a couple of issues are valid, the rest barely qualify as a rant from someone who can't bother to read in-game text or warnings like "EARLY ACCESS". you may also want to look into definitions like visual novel, adult visual novel, kinetic visual novel and sandbox. all in all, this game just might not be for you. and no, while I do enjoy Droid's works, I'm not defending anyone. just trying to answer a few things from the point of view of a former game dev.

I rather like the combat minigame, just would like more impact from the minigame on the story/core game/character stats (which I suspect will happen in an upcoming release)

Agreed! I've come to really like the mini combat game, limited as it is...maybe that's a good thing?

And speaking of upcoming releases, any rumors about maybe when...?? before Christmas maybe?

You can't really make estimates like that; some days take a lot of time, others less. Day 53 wrote and rendered in a day, day 52 closer to a week. Some days take a lot more time, whether it is more effort in writing, more time spent setting up or more time rendering animations. It's done when it's done

Side content. Finally clean up the shooting sequence for Cass, Jade likes to ready the Illiad by starlight (and might be open to being taught some other things), and I need to spend more time tweaking the tacmap.
